Cap experts, can such a contract be created for Dak and Mahomes like in this article?

It would be legal but I don't see them signing such a contract.  What QB would want to be locked up that long with the way QB salaries are increasing.

 

By the time you get into your 6th year you are underpaid again.  So you are going to spend half your contract wasting away for 30M to 35M whilst worse QB's are getting 45M to 50M a year deals potentially?

 

Better off with a 5 year deal and sign a new deal after those 5 years.
