It helped he had 2 absolute studs in front of him to help take the workload off of him.

Depends on the price tag. Would he be an asset both as a mentor and a high quality backup? Yes. Would he be an integral piece? No. If we can get him on a one year contract for relatively cheap, go for it. If not, stay away

I think you more corps not core and no, I do not agree.  Unless something happened to the time/space continuum and we are back in 2015.
