I used to love the draft when other teams would trade up or reach for a qb and greater players would fall to us because we had AL.   Now we are one of those teams.  Ugh!

Well, PFF has some things correct, IMO.  They rank WRs Mims and Tyler Johnson in the high second round, which is more accurate than I have been seeing in other predraft analyses, IMO.

A reminder I try to make every year...   the further you are away from pick number one, the more disagreements there will be among scouts.

All 32 Big Boards look entirely different.

Think of it as a beauty contest.   You like the blonde, someone else the brunette, and someone else the woman with black hair.    Put another way,  someone likes the woman who is Latina, someone else likes the Asian.   Someone else like the woman who is black and another likes the woman who is white.

The point is all teams see the same thing differently.   Teams have different values and priorities.  Players fit certain schemes but maybe not the one the Colts favor.    Players may not be fast enough, or tall enough or have  long enough arms or high enough test scores.    Some teams value character more than others.    Some teams aren’t afraid of guys with red flags for character.

Every team is different.

All BBs are different, and thing will change, but didn't see too many head scratchers.

The only ones that stood out to me are below.

Kmet the 4th best TE?

Fromm the 4th best QB?

How bout Love at #65?

All I heard was how stellar he was at practice and how well he looked in the game....and some Forum Love-lovers were so enamored as to propose Top 10 trade ups for him.

There's no way Love makes it to 65. He's and early 2nd rounder at worst. So yes, it's a headscratcher to me.

I could see him going top 10 if he performs well at the combine. After Burrow, I can see Tua, Herbert, and Love all fluctuating on the BBs. I wouldn't be shocked if Herbert went before Tua, and wouldn't be shocked if Love overtook Herbert. The combine is going to be big when it comes to those three. Eason and Gordon, especially Gordon, could see their stock rise too.

I'm not enamored with Love, but I do like him. I've watched enough film to know he can make all the throws, and looks excellent when not asked to play hero ball (which he was asked to do a lot in 2019 after changing coach, scheme, and 9.5 starters).

I know anything is possible but does anyone see a player like Kristian Fulton getting picked in the top 12? There is usually that head-scratcher pick early in the draft (according to media/armchair GMs).
