So I was messing around and mocked this draft on FanSpeak, your thoughts? I wanted to get Gordon in the 4th Rd, but the Seahawks grabbed him.

I see your team Brisett with this draft either that or you think we go after Brady or Rivers. Regardless not a fan

Not a fan either. You lost me after the 1st pick. Purely my opinion, but we don't need a LB, especially in the 3rd, and don't need an OG in the 5th. Those two are at bottom of my position needs. We also need a CB more than a S. That's on top of not taking a QB early.

Tommy Kraemer is returning to Notre Dame.  He's not in the draft.

I can understand the no QB thing as this class as a whole is underwhelming, but no WR until round 6 and we are DESPERATE to find a Robin to our Batman?  I like the fact that you focused heavily on the lines though, THAT I will support!  Of course we may find a WR in FA (Cooper?).  So perhaps this draft may look a little better after FA is over.

We really don't have a "Batman" though.. Maybe a Robin to go with our Darkwing Duck?

I don’t know what you are talking about or anything this thread is about... I shamefully confess I am on here simply to respond to the very mention of Darkwing Duck.

LET’S GET DANGEROUS!

Not a fan:

It's a Fanspeak mock. They are ridiculously unrealistic. Didnt we have a pinned thread for these in previous years? Not only can I not take them serious, I can barely even humor them.

I get mocks are for fun, but IMO simulated mock drafts aren't that fun to discuss. I bet if you took a bit of time to create your own mock draft, you'd probably come up with a great one. I like where you head is at, there is some good talent here. They just won't be where you drafted them.

Here is my Mock:

13: R1P13 Herbert, if we miss out, then Love, or Fromm
34: R2P2-DL Gallimore
44: R2P12 RB AJ Dillon

75: R3P11 EDGE TERRELL LEWIS

The above are my first four picks, the rest it's a crap shoot.

I'm curious why pick AJ Dillon in the second when we have Marlon Mack and have other spots that can be filled

    • You must have some kind of secret decoder ring? Where did I blame the victim? George Floyd did not deserve to be killed. He deserved his day in court for passing counterfeit currency. Racism is terrible. Killing people because of their race is terrible. Chris Ballard generalized this as a white problem. This is not a white problem. And people of any skin color, including black, can be racist. This is a racist problem. Plain and simple.
    • You don’t think blacks are racist towards whites at all? There is no evidence this was a racial issue. The same thing might of happened if Floyd was a white guy because these are bad cops. Nobody is going to be able to fix evil. There will always be evil in the world.   Now in saying that there is s huge problem and Chris is right we need to listen to what the African American community is saying. Because they are clearly very effected with this. But I don’t like the blaming of whites. The black community needs to do there part to. In fact I have seen several videos today of blacks trying to tell people we live in America and you can do anything to want to do in life. We need those kind of African Americans talking to their communities.
    • I've seen vids of dif QBs with several trashcans of balls tossing one after the other.
    • During the 2006 Superbowl season, Addai had 1081 yards for the season and Rhodes had 641 ground yards. That's a little over 1700 yards between the backfield duo on their way to a Superbowl season.   So the question is, will Mack n Taylor or "Mack n Cheese, since Taylor played for Wisconsin" have more ground yards vs. our Title winning duo during the 2006 season?   Mack alone had 1091 yards last season, so how many will he have this season along with the total for Taylor? 1700 yards is the over under,  watcha got?
    • Really? Let's continue with the outdated idea of blaming the victim.  He was stating very clearly that your country (and my country) will only change when white people change the way they think and act.  Nowhere does he suggest that all white people are racist, and if you feel threatened or targetted by his comment then maybe you need to look in the mirror.
