Both drafts courtesy of the Draft Network mock draft machine. Quite simply: which (if either) draft do you prefer and why? I am aware there are repeat players in both drafts but then again, they were BPA and I clearly like them.

Draft A

13.Justin Herbert QB, Oregon

34. Javon Kinlaw IDL, South Carolina

44. Prince Tega Wanogho OT, Auburn

75. Joshua Uche EDGE, Michigan

112.Michael Pittman Jr. WR, USC

142. Kyle Dugger S, Lenoir-Rhyne

173. Chase Claypool WR, Notre Dame

190. Jacob Breeland TE, Oregon

204. Jaron Bryant CB, Fresno State

Draft B

13. Derrick Brown IDL, Auburn

34. Jordan Love QB, Utah State

44. Prince Tega Wanogho OT, Auburn

75. Quartney Davis WR, Texas A&M

112.Joshua Uche EDGE, Michigan

142.Kyle Dugger S, Lenoir-Rhyne

173. Mitchell Wilcox TE, South Florida

190. Kindle Vildor CB, Georgia Southern

204. Binjimen Victor WR, Ohio State

Although I’m not sold on either player, I like Herbert much more than Love. So I’d go with “A”. Kinlaw in the 2nd is an absolute steal as well.

I say B. Idk enough about either QB to be sold but by what I understand  Brown is an absolute stud and that Kinlaw is a definite step down from Brown. So I say take a surefire blue chip player in the first if u get the chance. And Love is said to have as much potential as any QB in the draft

I gotta go with B. Just wish Pittman or Claypool was in B but Brown is a win win and I’m in the Love camp.

If I had to choose, I'd probably say B.  A gets the better QB and Kinlaw in round 2 is a steal, but B has the better overall player in Brown, and I don't mind Love as much in round 2.

Neither gets us much of an impact WR though.

They look like really any draft simulator where you don't try to make them realistic, just a pipe dream. I'd be very happy with either. But just about everyone you have past your 1st round picks will probably go sooner than where you have them. That's just the way these simulators go.

I like both but I don't think they are realistic,

although I think number 44. Prince Tega Wanogho OT, Auburn is realistic and would be a great move to eventually replace Castonzo at LT and we have the players and staff to help him improve.

I don't think draft A is possible. From the things I've read it appears that Herbert and Kinlaw both will be top 10 picks. Would be an amazing draft if we were able to get them both!

    • Yea, no way to predict injuries... with a healthy Funchess, Campbell, and Fountain to compliment TY, that group hypothetically should be pretty solid.   I thought Campbell really showed strides in improving his game throughout the season, though it was unfortunate that every time he showed glimpses of what he may become, he would get re-injured.  And Funchess from pre-season and the little bit we saw of him in game 1 looked to have pretty solid chemistry with Brissett.   From a recent interview, it sounds like Ballard wants Funchess back.  If we can't sign him before the draft, I expect we'll get a big-bodied guy there.  I tend to think we're going to draft one either way.   Jacoby's play definitely declined after week 6 last year (he had 14 of his 18 TDs in the first 6 games).  Obviously, he was a step back from Luck.  However, I still can't pinpoint his decline over the season.  Was it a) he had a lack of targets due to all our injuries? b) Jacoby's knee injury taking some zip off his throws? c) teams figuring out how to game plan against him, or d) Jacoby just not being all that good of a QB?    My guess is, all 4 factored into that... I certainly think he would've been a little better without the injuries and with a better WR corps, but can't say how much.  That said, I don't think the lack of talent at WR last year was due to CB not trying to build that position group anywhere near as much as it was due to unexpected injuries.
    • Give the raiders some pass rush help   Raiders select K'lavon Chaisson   Jags are up
    • Dolphins select Tristan Wirfs OT  Raiders next
    • Maybe a weird pick for the cowboys, but this is BPA and make their LB Corp elite.   Cowboys select Isiah Simmons   Dolphins are up
    • Falcons take Xavier Mckinney  Cowboys next
