Here, let me sum up the next 2 hours of comments:

Every player sucks, every rookie was overrated, Jacoby Brissett is trash, Ballard can't draft, annnnd Frank can't coach.

Save you guys some time.

I mean you ain’t far off it appears.

But.....but......in Ballard we trust.  I will say it again as I did at the beginning of the season.  Luck's leaving the team will show the true level of talent on this team.

Looks like Campbell is hurt again.

Is that his 5th injury of the year, including camp?  Never seen anything like it.

I can't believe we went back to it. Perhaps it is because of injuries?

Ya well that defensive set wasn't good before the injuries.

We need to get back to our real offense. We aren’t going to win in a shootout with them.

Don't we need receivers for that?  haha

Most teams will struggle when the franchise qb retires at 30

Hines looks natural returning kicks....nice to see he's developed that aspect of his sproles-esqueness

Yeah, this team isn't struggling because of any shortcoming by Ballard.

It’s pretty unfair to say here is our blue print on winning knowing you have the QB play set in Luck and added weapons etc so they focused in another area and then all of the sudden, you take out the engine. I’ll give him some leeway on that aspect. His choices and some decisions after Lucks departure is suspect though. Paying JB bigger money unnecessarily, sticking with him, not dressing Kelly, sitting Wilson, Tyquan Lewis, EE debacle etc...

Nah man, they were supposed to be prepared for their franchise QB to retire in his prime. They were supposed to draft 4 All-Pros, not JUST 2. C'mon, they're obviously trash. (Sarcasm)

Hines is becoming quite the good on punt returns.

He sees a hole and just bursts through it.  Great quality to have for a kick returner.

No franchise QB and add the decimated WR group this year yeah we are going to struggle. It is what it is. Nothing we can do about it.

I noticed Jacoby had a smaller brace on his knee. He looks much more mobile today.

Mack is back.

    • Reading this thread put me in mind of these 2 things: 1.) Tom Brady could not throw a deep route accurately for his first 3 seasons in the league. He absolutely sucked at it. Up the sideline, down the seam, it didn't matter, he missed no matter how open they were, or how clean a pocket he had. He missed 95% of the deep passes he threw - badly. Some people have forget that, I'm not one of them. 2.) The QB with the lowest average pass completion yardage (6.9 yards per completion) will be playing in the Super Bowl Feb 2nd. Everyone, including me, loves the deep ball, but the 49'ers have shown that you can absolutely dominate in this league with the short passing game. They have a showcase full of Lombardi Trophies to prove it too.   Just food for thought...
    • From your lips to God's ears!   I hope all four are gone by #13...and if you factor in that Chase Young, Andrew Thomas, Isaiah Simmons and perhaps both Lamb and Jeudy are off the board as well.... we stand a very good chance of landing Brown or Kinlaw.   Does this mean I don't want us to address the QB position?   No.....it simply means that we could land a "best in breed" D-lineman and address QB in Rounds 2 - 4.... assuming Ballard doesn't bring in a free agent.
    • I don't think draft A is possible. From the things I've read it appears that Herbert and Kinlaw both will be top 10 picks. Would be an amazing draft if we were able to get them both!
    • They should be interested. Clowney is an impact player that is still in his prime and fills a position of need if Sheard leaves.
