Its nothing reputable but plausable. I think Foles is above average in a good system and has history with Riech. I mean they won a superbowl together.

Yeah, I read it.

 

1. I put zero stock in anything usatoday writes.

 

2. The Colts will never bailout the Jags from CAP issues.

It is plausible.  After all the precedent has already been set.  And a No 2 pick from the Jags is a nice pick.  I don't think Coughlin would trade him to the Colts but he's gone now.  So if they are really desperate to create the cap space they might do it.  But I do not think we would be their 1st choice.  Getting the extra pick would give Ballard more flexibility in moving up for a young QB in the draft as well.  It's plausible but I am still having a hard time seeing Ballard actually going down that path.
