I think the biggest question is obvious. Is Jacoby the long term answer ?

That isn't the biggest question because the answer is obvious.  No, he is not, unless to you love QB purgatory.

I like Eason quite a bit. He's probably my 3rd favorite for us to bring in after 1)Burrow and 2)Herbert.

He is 6'6", so obviously he will go to the Broncos.

I think Ballard has done a great job rebuilding the defense.  There are a lot of young players there that will only get better with more playing time.  He has a good knack for finding FA DL. Especially DEs like Houston and Sheard.  Guys nearing the end of their career but can still produce in a rotation.  I expect him to keep doing that.  Drafting a DT that can pass rush would be ideal.  He just might find his guy this year early in the draft.  We really need another big time WR to pair with TY.  FA, trade, draft I expect he will be active on all three fronts trying to find an answer.  He has the money and picks to really get after it and I expect he will.  The QB class is strong so I wouldn't be surprised if we take one in the draft but not early.  Kicking is a big problem and I'm sure that will be a top priority.  Vet or rookie who knows but he will bring on a new kicker to replace Adam.  I'm still concerned about Macks durability and Williams has bounced around a lot so that's a group that could use some more talent.  I like our current roster and our younger players.  A few reinforcements at WR, DT, K and RB and we should be ready to make a big run.  Heck we are still in it this year.  Not bad at all.
