Wow. i’m rather surprised by the negativity. we havent played well and we’re right in there in a hostile environment against a really good team.   We’re in great shape for the 2nd half.

Gonna ignore the tackle by the helmet on the pick? #playersafety

To my eyes, neither of the last two holding calls on Kelly and Glowinski were legit. Kelly just fell on the DL who was going diving. Glowinski barely touched on the call against him.

I agree, but at 6-5 i will not call it a season yet. But even if we only play a wild card game, it's all experience for our young guys. It's too late to give it all up and get a top 10 pick

No, I wish they would just busy their *, gain experience, and fall short all season.... That'd be best case scenario.... But, we will probably end up 9-7 or 8-8

and reich blew a timeout so know they can run it to a minute left...... this has been his worst coaching game so far

Had five seconds to snap ball.... He didn't blow it so much as JB couldn't get the play run.....

And for all u people who say our wrs suck.  What has happened to the tight end involvement in this offence? People on this board were saying that we had the best tight end group in the NFL.  All of a sudden they can't get open or have become obsolete?!?!? Doesn't male sense...

I've seen better gameplans and execution watching high school games than this nonsense the coaching staff ran out there tonight - pun intended.

I mean seriously, number 33 is a good story and all but you feature him in half of the gameplan? Get outta here with that nonsense.

Texans came to play. The Colts did not. Simply put.

This team don't belong in the playoffs now I really hope we don't make it save the embarrassment.

I can’t believe people blaming the J man. Frank Reich called a Bill O’Brien or Andy Reid in a big game type game and that’s what happened here.

It has been the same problem with JB all year.  He doesn't anticipate receivers getting open and it absolutely limits his passing game to his first read and the dump it to the hot guy or scrambling passes.  That's been his passing prowess.  People blame the receivers getting open, but they do.  You can see it when you can see enough of the field.  Sometimes on replays.

I am dumbfounded at the complete lack of ability to pass the ball.   There is no one that can get open, separate, catch, run after the catch, lead a receiver, go through progressions, good lord......

In Ballard we trust......please

The tight ends are catching short passes I tended for them.  Unfortunately, that's all anyone is getting.....

Hilton, on one of those dropped passes, was open on the break. Problem is, Brissett doesn't hit anybody on the break.

you cant win games in 2019 averaging 150 passing yards a game .    you cant line up every single first down and run the ball then run the ball again , then try and pass it on 3rd and long .   play calling was so bad the whole game .

Yeah. That would have been the best case scenario i agree. But it's too late now. Just hope we are not a 8-8 team for the next years....but that is what we look like now.

    • We've got some decent value at the 5 and dime store.   Great bargains Rhodes Moore   Good bargains TJ Carrie Wilson
    • They are talking about next year's picks, which one (either 1st or 2nd) is conditionally going to Philly. Doubt they can contractually use either in a trade for this year (unless it's with Philly). Perhaps there's contract language that says we can deal our 2nd, but if we do, Philly would automatically get our 1st.
    • What is his role?     So does everybody on the team who doesn't want to be traded because of whatever Easterby did not seeing things as well as Watson and 5 players who were let go by the team?  Why are the 5 seeing it correctly and the 150 not?
    • Instead of trying to split the atom on how stats are measured, let's keep it simple and just apply basic logic.    Should we not expect a 31 year old to lose speed? Should we not expect a tiny guy who's losing his speed, to struggle getting the same separation he relied on all these years? Even if you disagree with the majority of fans (who think he's slowed), wouldn't the trained eyes of the coaches know better? And if TY still had it (and Rivers was at fault), wouldn't TY get a better/longer deal than 1 year / 8M? Should we believe TY's stats are simply wrong, while most of the other pass catchers are grading better at separation while getting the same balls, by the same QB? Are stats out to get TY, or is Philip just bad throwing to TY and good to everyone else? And nobody saying Rivers is great. But simply other pass catchers are grading better with Rivers, than TY. TY relied on his speed all these years (along with route running). He's losing that speed, and now has to rely on route running (for tough yards) and mismatches (seam and bad DBs) for the majority of his highlights. There's no mystery here. It's just getting harder for him. I really hope he can squeeze one more 1000 yard season out for the Colts.
    • You are having a different conversation than I am.   I'm talking about the narrow issue of Watson possibly being traded, and citing the reasons he supposedly stated for wanting to be traded.  I show you articles because you insinuate that I am wrong about those reasons.    What the culture is or is not in the HOU organization is not relevant, because no articles have cited culture as being the reason.    Its also not relevant to Watson, because it seems to me that if these adverse conditions were long standing since the time AJ and Foster were in the locker room, then those conditions must not have have been a big deal to Watson in September when he chose to extended his playing time with such a bad organization run by such awful political owners.  That must not be the reason he wants a trade.
