My issue with this is the Denver Broncos at 15. They will take Kinlaw at 15 if he's there IMO. Since the receiver class is deep and they have two extra 3rd round picks, they will probably take a receiver later. We can probably get Kinlaw, but it'll have to be at 13.
The non-residential tax would be it. It's significantly less and also can be credited, a portion, from the resident state. A heckuva lot better than California.
