Did he leave the stadium after the first half? He was getting yards in bunches and then we just stopped getting him involved minus one play

Oh lord. He is made of glass. I was wondering where he was. He had a breakout game. Reich figured out a way to use him.

Has he had a week since drafted that he hasn't been injured? What is it about OSU players? Campbell, Hooker, Gonzalez and I seem to remember a lineman who never saw the field for us.

Mewhort...but he definitely was on the field for us, for the first 3 years of his career

He's thinking about Quinn Pitcock.

I thought he actually had a good game, just needs to hold onto the ball better.  The hand injury may be the cause for those fumbles

Yep said this before, and its not just my pure hatred of OSU. Might add Lewis to that list btw.

It may be coincidental, but these Ohio State players are always hurt. I would probably not draft them high in the future. Colts have had little luck with these guys.

He had X-rays but said he wasn’t sure of the results. He sounded pretty deflated after the game.

I agree.  He looked Super explosive but needed to get control first.   On one play it seemed like his legs moved too fast for his body and he stumbled

Nope quin pitcock.  We lost him post draft cause he was addicted to call of duty...

Don't give Tyquan too hard a time, I'm sure a strained Uterus is serious enough to keep Lewis out all but one or two games a year.

Forgot about Mewhort and Lewis, but I was thinking about Pitcock. Don't think he ever took the field for us.

Was he injury prone at Ohio State?

Who knows but guys like Mecole Hardmam, DK Metcalf, Terry McLaughlin, AJ Brown are having good seasons and staying on the field

hand injury is what I heard..

Lots of guys had hand injuries on the team because not many of them used them very well. Too many drops. Cain is just absolutely disappointing. Probably my biggest disappointment to date this year. Next is Vinny of course.

I feel bad for the kid. He sounded devastated after the game. I hope it’s nothing serious. It was serious enough though to not be able to come back in. I think it’s pathetic to sit here and make fun of the kid.

I said it previously...the Colts have had significant issues with injuries by Ohio State players. It's just frustrating. And I grew up in Ohio, I sure would like Colts Buckeyes to succeed.

As for Campbell, if he's wearing Nikes, switch to Adidas, or vice versa. He had all sorts of footing issues. We might have to nickname him "Skates".

P.S. Had a buckeye tree right outside our front door. That is one nasty, messy tree, and damn tempting to wing a buckeye at your sisters.

What about Mike Hart?

Then there is Roy Hall....... the one that got away.

I think the great Hart was a Wolverine.

Roy Hall on the other hand was a Colts great. :)

Pitcock played quite a bit for the Colts.  Did not have a history of injuries and was one of the more under-rated dlineman on the Colts when he played, so much so Chad Bratzke was quoted after Pitcock played for a year, stating that if they redid the draft after seeing what Pitcock could do on the field, he would have been a 1st round pick.

Wasn't he the one who retired so he could sit on his * and play video games?

He had surgery today. He will be our for while. They are going to try and keep him on the roster so they can have him for the stretch run. If we have anymore injuries they may have no other choice to IR him.

    • They've earned that much.  The NFL doesn't want to do that, but you can't really ignore the evidence.  All 6 SB trophies they have are asterisked in some way because of spygate 1 or 2.  If anything, it makes the argument against them even stronger.  Even if t hey say, "it's not a huge advantage," the fact of the matter is, whatever advantage it provided, was enough to win 6 super bowls.  And yet, without it, couldn't win any.   Their fault and no matter what the NFL does, thanks for giving the rest of the NFL an excuse to deny Bill and Brady as the best ever.   They still ought to be in a 5-10 year hellhole.  I prefer 20 since that's how long we've had to listen to Pats claim to be the greatest.    Vacate SBs.  Ban from the HOF.  Forfeit 20 years of 1st Rounders.  Force Kraft to sell.     Maybe that's overkill, but at this point, I don't care.  I'm scared from the Manning v. Brady arguments, and now I'm out for blood!  lol
    • I was being sarcastic because you assume someone cares.
    • To me JB starts the Saints game and maybe we get a win.  If we do he keeps starting until we are eliminated.  If we lose I would still start JB the next game but everyone will know in advance we are going to play Kelly during the last two games.  I don't think the team would have a problem with that including JB.  He is on the active roster and this is an opportunity to see a teammate in action.
    • There is no guarantee next year would have the same outcome as this year. There was a lot of things that went wrong in this season and Jacoby isn’t the only reason. Chances are even if we draft the future Jacoby will be the starter next year. A lot of strange things have happened this year that has  lead up to our record. Just look at the turning point. We were 5-2 going into the Steelers game. What happened Jacoby got injured and our WR stated dropping like flies. You can’t underestimate the importance of Ty. Pascal has done great but he isn’t what you would call a playmaker. The things TY can do to fake out defenders ect makes him a great player.  We are missing actual playmakers in the 4th quarter of games. No matter what they do at QB I am excited if Jacoby starts next season and to see what he can do with heathy and upgraded weapons. Plus not having all the drama with Luck two weeks before the season.  Yes he has had some issues but to me I give him a incomplete with everything that has happened.
