Frank Reich Mic'd up.

Man listening to him talk to the media is just boring. That always happens when you have seen every one of them. But watching him like this during game day just makes it easy to see why these players love him. And at the end what he said defines the mindset of this staff and players alike. The pieces are falling into place. I have never seen anything like this. Everything that is happening is super encouraging to see and I'm super happy to be a Colts fan in 2019.

Marchibroda is a sentimental favorite, but Frank is quickly becoming my favorite Colts coach!

In a weird way he kind of reminds me of what Peyton would be like as a coach. Just speaking of myself but out of all our coaches he seems like the one I would like to play for most...well he’s right there with dungy but frank seems like more fun and just as caring about his players. Also you can tell the dude absolutely loves his job. I mean loves it! You know what they say, if you love your job you will do good At it.

What a good hire and I can’t believe we fell upward and got him instead of the cheat and liar up in NE.

Fantastic hire by the Colts. So much better than some scum bag from the dark empire. (New England)

It seems heartwarming to see how much the players love him. He brings the juice on game day.

Not only is he enthusiastic, but he seems really keyed into the game on every play.

His in-game awareness of down-and-distance, applicable rules, personnel on the field, and ability to adapt his strategy to the game situation is top-notch.  I don't think we've ever had a HC this good in Indy before.

He's not heartless, he loves the game, he loves his players, and he hasn't shown a tendency to exploit the rules (like a certain coach).  He has all the characteristics I want in my HC, and none of the ones I don't.

Reich and the baby <3 <3 <3

I think that is his granddaughter. I remember him saying he tries to make sure his daughter’s family is at all the home games. I think they might go to road games too.

the last quote at the end of the video..."we're just getting started."  That's inspiring...not resting on a big win, but looking onward and upward...climb that mountain!

It's interesting because he actually describes the NFL season as a mountain to climb. Love it!

Man this organization can be best summarized as what if??

What if Peyton had a good defense?

Most of all what if luck had his entire career being coached by Reich and having Ballard as gm?  Btw things could of been way worse im just saying how much better could we have been and how man SB would we have won?

I think if Reich can win a SB here, he will undoubtly go down as the best coach in Indy history.

Reich gives us a shot to take over the AFC.
(Reich and Ballard)

He’s not perfect but I think he’s being missed in Philadelphia.

Frank Reich is learning his craft very well. There is something about Frank's demeanor that tells me he's going to do great things for this organization. He's certainly not an "old school" football coach, and that's a very good thing.

He is certainly being missed out there.  Made Wentz an MVP candidate and won the SB with Foles.

    • The gloom and doom is reasonable based on how this team is playing, but you are right. If we win the next two and the Texans lose against the Ravens, the division is practically ours. Next two weeks will decide the season.
    • Let's get off the cliff please. We can potentially have Brissett Hilton and Funchess back as early as this week and if the Ravens beat the Texans then we can get back on top of the division when we play the Texans next week, but first let's take it easy, handle the jaguars, and get back to what made this team formidable. And for the love of God, get a grip with all the gloom and Doom
    • Yeah since we moved to Indianapolis in 1984 we only have, -a SB win in 2006   -2 SB appearances = 2006 and 2009   -5 AFC Title Game appearances = 1995, 2003, 2006, 2009, 2014   -12 Divisional Round appearances = 1987, 1995, 1999, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2009, 2013, 2014, 2018   -We were 5-2 with JB and in 1st place in the AFC South in 2019 but yet people still want to complain about our team and franchise.  We aren't the Pats, who gives a crap - they are known cheaters too. We have some spoiled fans in here, that is my opinion.
    • Lol.  True but it could also be so much better. That’s what makes it tough.  As Colts fans...we seldom have a moment to breathe easy.  We are constantly under the stress of tight games.  We live perpetually on the fine line between victory and defeat week after frigin week.  Not good for the heart if you don’t keep it all in its proper context and perspective in the grand scheme of life.
    • It's tough being a Colt's fan, but it could be worse.  GO BROWNS.
