Reich presser

If there's even a chance of TY making his injury worse just let him sit.

It's kinda like the situation from the Pats game last year where we were missing half our team...just let whoever is legitimately injured rest. Although luckily we don't have nearly as many guys hurt as we did around that time last season.

I agree we wont win this game even if he plays Mahomes is gonna destroy us.

I agree, he has to be more coy about it. That's one of the negatives about him being a former minister, he's brutally honest sometimes.

If I was a player and saw that I would think why play hard if the coach doesn’t even believe in us. I know Reich didn’t mean it as it came across but he could of said it a different way.

You really do post a lot of over dramatic tripe at times. What he is actually saying is TY is still hurt.

I understand what he meant. But the way it came across was not good.

Wow if he only  misses two games.

I called that. Previous forum topic, people were freaking out and I stated meniscus aren't really that bad of an injury. I thought texans was a possibility but had my money on the Denver game but with that I think Texans game it is

Yesterday I noticed on his Instagram he was already riding a stationary bike.

OMG That reporter that tweeted that TY quote from Reich did not say that right. I just watched Reichs presser. Someone asked him about if the bye plays into whether he plays. Reich said it does but every game is critical so he will see. Reporters need to tweet things correctly..

This is wonderful freaking news.  This board underestimates this dude.  He is one of the best and as important a defensive player as there is after Mack and few corners IMO.

I know we all hated the early bye, but with the injuries, maybe the bye is coming at a great time.

Agree big time.  At first seemed bad, now seems fantastic.

Incredibly we were competitive in that one.

teams really dont test us deep, or his half of the field when he is in cover 2.

@NewColtsFan.  Why laugh at my post?  Wilson was a healthy scratch much of his early career while Hooker was on the mend.  And his pre-draft analysis mentioned he has strong traits for FS.  If he was struggling at CB, why not try him at FS while our starter was out? (which is what we're doing now anyway) Its not like the position switch would've left the CB ranks thin.  He wasn't playing anyway.

That is interesting. I think the kid had worked hard I really want him to succeed. I don’t think his failure at CB is because of lack of effort.

wilson at FS makes me a little nervous especially considering the opponent this week.  ball skills and instincts have been the main knocks against him and you kind of need those at that spot

never knew he was a QB, but i think a lot of nfl players were in high school

Absolutely.  At KC may be one of the worse places to start the experiment.

However, I don't think KC scores by throwing the deep ball to its WRs (who are they anyway?) but to TE Kelce and that little fast guy who lines up everywhere (and I'm not even sure he's playing).

So there is hope his instincts are better when he's playing facing the QB and doesn't have to also cover closely.

How does anyone watch that press conference and conclude Reich is conceding the game? Because they are going to be smart with TY?

More likely you have already conceded the game, and are looking for validation for your feeling of hopelessness.

Wilson has once ball skills in the open field.  He just isn't  the best cb.
