Too bad they don't include any major shifts in terms.  I really want to see a more stict referee discipline policy in there.  Demotions and what amounts to continued training.  I know that's partially addressed in the current CBA, but the full time referee policy was suspended and if that's out, it might really make these sorts of policies impossible to implement, which means we could expect no improvement of officiating long term.  We just avoid a referee holdout.  So....yay...
