Kelly is suspended the first two games so he'll be on the Reserve/Suspended list.  They'll need somebody their for at least two games in case Brissett gets hurt.

In that case, we would need a good backup for Kelly.

I didn't see a single thing from Gerry Green the whole preseason.  Forgot he was a draft pick.

Walker needs to be here the first 2 games

 

Bringing someone from another team, to be a back up for the first 2 games seems illogical

 

Walker, knows the offense

 

However.......

 

If we are bringing someone in to put on the PS, to develop for later......

 

I think is what they are trying to do......

Green IMO has no chance at all. He'll make it to the PS if the Colts want him. 

 

Funny how Green was the one draft pick that no one seemed to think was worthy of taking in round 6. A few on this board like him but most didn't and the "pundits" also didn't like the pick. No big deal that we probably blew a 6th round pick ... just saying.

I wonder how hard it will be to get a QB signed for two games of they plan on bringing Kelly back after the second game. I would think only the washed up ones on the street would do that.
