Ok I am starting to think there could be a possibility we keep fountain over Cain.

nah. Fountain isn't learning how to play X in the next couple of weeks. as long as Cain is in the top 2 at X, he's on the 53.

It was beautiful to watch. Walker dropped a dime into him and Fountain had at least 3 yards of separation. Fast man

Both defensive lines looked good. I think the drill makes them look good though. If it doesn’t, out offensive line will need work. Kelly looked the best in the drills one on ones. Autry looks powerful this year

Doyle with the first catch of the day during team drills. First run was for no gain + holding on Oline. Next play Mack up the middle for 7-9 yards

This was awhile ago. Had WiFi issues

53 from the browns tipped Brissetts pass, but behind him was the intended receiver Doyle who slid to make the catch. Tough one, the ball was tipped low and behind him

Mack really has some good patience. Made the defender pause, got past him for a 5-6 yard gain

Brissett missed a read to a wide open Jack Doyle. Instead threw an out route which went incomplete. Doyle didn’t have anyone within 10 yards of him

I can see Luck now. He’s at midfield with the coaches and QBs behind the plays. He does have some kind of white tape/wrap around his left ankle. Good news is he doesn’t seem to be limping at all. Walking around and writing stuff down on a sheet of some sort

The tape seems to be something we haven’t seen so hopefully they are getting it fixed correctly.

I'll admit, I'm really pleasantly surprised to see how the team is doing so far. Specifically Brissett and the defense as a whole.

Our defensive line is going to be a monster. Then imagine what happens when sheard comes back.

Just to give perspective from a Browns reporter...then again it's not surprising, we usually let teams drive down the field and tighten up in the red zone.

Kahri Willis with a good hit around the 4 to keep the tight end out of the end zone. EJ Speed fell down but got back to help finish.

    • That changes with the wins and losses.  As always, things are never as good as they seem just as they are not as bad as advertised.
    • He may turn out to be a decent pro, I really don't know. You are better than me at analyzing college players. I just don't watch enough college games to try and guess who will be a good or great pro. I have seen Burrow and Tua play some but it is because they are always on TV. I have looked up Jordan Love on youtube lately because you guys think he may end up being a good pro. To me the draft is fun, mocks are fun to read too, but the draft is also a crapshoot. Teams have to get lucky and guess a lot, like KC did with Mahomes. Baltimore did with Lamar too. With Luck we just knew he would be good to great. For so many good QB's there has been many that have been busts like Ware, Mirer, Shuler, Leaf, Couch, Harrington, J.Russell, RG3, Mariota, etc.. When those guys came out they were labeled as can't miss pro's. = Will be good at worse. Thank God we took Manning instead of Leaf.
    • Yeah, not a great game for him. He still made some nice throws, but the consistency wasn't there. He had some very questionable accuracy on several important throws that he needed to make.      This was a beautiful throw though. He had several NFL type throws even in this game in which he played far from his best. The lack of consistency is why he won't go day 1 or 2. If he was more consistent we wouldn't be talking about him as an "under the radar"/day 3 QB.      Nah, he needed better accuracy on his throws and needed to get rid off the ball more quickly on several occasions. His OLine didn't help either.
    • I like him too and think as a starter he can win games, things just aren't going our way right now. Losing that Houston game ruined the season.
    • Best back up in the league, quality guy, I like him.
