They have a new coach Greg Schiano, who coached Gary Brackett, Ray Rice, and our UDFA Joe Lefeged at Rutgers too. Tampa 2 is the style Rutgers played, but a little more aggressive Tampa 2. I think he is a player's coach who will do well like Jim Harbaugh but he does have to deal with better QBs in his division with Brees and Ryan twice a year, unlike Jim Harbaugh.

He really has been making the most out of a terrible team. Not only does he have zero weapons, but his oline is pretty bad. Blount is the only guy that gives him any help.
