8) Darius Leonard, LB, Indianapolis Colts

The Colts join three other teams in having a pair of "most indispensable" players on the same team - one on offense and one on defense:

 

Rams - Gurley and Donald

Texans - Hopkins and Watt

Panthers - McCaffrey and Kuechly

 

Although the Colts pair of Nelson and Leonard are of course the only pair to both be coming off their rookie seasons.  

 

And they have already become tone-setting leaders for the Colts on their respective side of the ball.  There is just not enough that can be said about these two guys and what they've done for this team in just one year.

Ballard was named Executive of the Year last year.

 

And he didn't have to draft Andrew Luck to win it either!

According to the press, Dumb and Dumber was a successful movie grossing $247 M. It may not be obvious, but there is something vaguely familiar between that movie and the Colts under Pagano and Grigson.
