Too bad, the kid has potential, but he was stubborn and I dont like stubborn players. It's a little weird he chose the Redskins. They're not much better or better at all. Interesting choice, but I guess he wanted to be a #1 WR, and the Colts didn't want to make him that.

But, with RGIII going there, it's a pretty good signing for him. Better than if they were sticking with Grossman or Beck. Could be fun to watch (even though I have to root against the Redskins)

If you sign as a FA with Washington it tells me two things:

1.) You are not very good

2.) You are overpaid

hahahaha have fun in Washington Pierre, you'll be out of the league in 3......2........1......

Dan Snyder will always over pay! Now they have nobody to throw it or catch it,good for them.

RG3 to Garcon. Could work I guess. Meh, he could make some really big catches, but he could also drop some easy ones. Good luck with the Skins Garcon. I have a feeling you'll need it.

We all thank you to for the 8 yard slant you dropped on third down to change the mojo in the super bowl vs Saints, well done.

I would be happy with any other SECOND tier receiver. I appreciate what Garcon has done however in my mind he will always be synonymous with the wide open SB drop from a football perspective. From a social perspective though he's definitely a good person especially with all his ties and what he's done for Haiti.

How did the Redskins even have enough dough?

They must have cut some guys.

Best of Luck to Pierre. Wish we could have kept him. Another one bites the dust.

This doesn't bother me at all. We could always count on him to drop an easy pass in critical situations. I'll never forget that drop in the Super Bowl!! He better use his money the right way, 'cuz I have a feeling this will be his last big payday. Also heard he wasn't the easiest person to coach or work with. Glad he's gone..

Jeesh, it's a Cleveland quote... :P

I don't watch the show. Never seen it.. The avatar is more of a ode to Jim Caldwell via a cartoon rendition. He has more hair than JC but it fit. So yeah that one went right over my head.

Best of luck to Garcon. I just don't see how people can bash him for signing with another team. We are not very good and maybe he didn't want to be part of the rebuilding. Also, players follow the money. Maybe his agent informed him to wait and test free agency because he already had a team who was gonna pay more than the Colts. We are worse than the Redskins right now.

    • C'mon. It's a phrase. Do I really have to explain?
    • Draft Warren in the next draft and the Colts get the best of both worlds.
    • Leaderboard standings through Week 13, going into Monday's game: 1. @2006Coltsbestever134-60 2. @Solid84133-61 3. @John Hammonds132-62 3. @RollerColt132-62 4. @Moe131-63 5. @VikingsFanInChennai128-66 6. @Matthew Gilbert126-68 7. @Chrisaaron1023124-70 8. @Dingus McGirt121-73 9. @EasyE120-74 10. @danlhart87113-81 11. @coltsva103-91   194 games total.   I appreciate all those that have hung tough all year and picked every game all week. This is really time consuming, takes smarts, strategy = switching/positioning, and luck to get these predictions right. It is a long season, and we are now in December, it is getting close to the end.   @jvan1973did not pick his games after Thanksgiving so he is eliminated unfortunately. @Yoshinatordropped out a month ago as well = eliminated. @ChuggaBeeris still picking and went 12-3 this week to improve to 86-60 in games he has picked. He is 0-48 in the 3 weeks he missed though, so is eliminated from winning the Championship.
    • Speed has played like garbage most of the season.  The number of missed tackles by him is astronomical and he’s bad in coverage.  Jones wants no part of tackling.     Bradley’s system is predicted on keeping the play in front of them and not giving up big plays.  It can’t work when they miss tackles at the rate of Jones, Speed, and Franklin.     This whole Bradley’s system is outdated is nonsense.  Cover 3 was the most called defense in the NFL last year followed by Cover 2.  Bradley has been playing less 3 and more 2 and 4.  Franklin and Speed are not capable of playing Cover 3. They get exploited in Cover 2 as well.     I don’t care if he goes or stays. If Franklin & Speed start at LB again any defense is going to suffer for it.
    • they punted once all game! it was the right call
