Love him. He's a really GOOD man on top of being a great team mate and competitor. His problems are serious and repetitive injuries that might signal the end for him - or of course he might surprise. Chargers actually want him back at a lower contract. Any team that takes him should be careful not to over pay with the fact he could go out at any time.
