I can if you need me to but I thought someone else took em’.

My bad, I quoted it based on memory. Since we remove the GM name after the pick is made, it is harder to keep track of. :)

I made the change to @csmopar for the 49ers

With the 25th selection of the 2019 Gavin Mock Draft 2, the Minnesota Vikings select

Jeffrey Simmons, DT, Mississippi State

@csmopar and 49ers are on the clock.

The Vikings are in desperate need of OL; however, they cannot pass up talent on DL. The first mock draft showed us that all the top DL talent were gone in the first round and the Vikings missed out on it. We can address OL later. Hope that decision does not bite them.

I specifically took Cody Ford because I thought you'd take him before my 27th pick. If he was there, would you of went OL instead and took Ford?

FYI, we’re gonna pause after round 1 for 2 hours. Unless we don’t get all 32 in today yet, then we’ll pick up in the morning . I just want to quadruple check I have all the trades accounted for before rolling into these later rounds.

and if the speed continues like it has, we’ll push out to round 7

Daniel Jones has fallen, The Patriots are shopping their pick if you want your QB. :)

@Matthew Gilbert (Giants), @Jared Cisneros (Raiders) - my PM lines are open. :)

Like Lamar Jackson, last chance to get a player on a 5 year rookie deal!!!

Ha!  You know Darth Hoodie would want him more than the extra picks!  Turn in the card already!

You know, it’s a nice day, after the Pats make their selection, we’re gonna pause and resume tomorrow morning at 8am. Get out, enjoy this beautiful weather. This evening I’ll go and update everything.

Just started snowing. Should I make a snowman instead? Maybe some snow angels? haha

No. I was determined to go DL after all the top DTs were gone by pick #31 in the last mock draft. I may have taken OTs Taylor or Dillard if they were still available at 25.

This is the fastest that the first round of a mock draft has moved. I think limiting the time to 2 hours to make one's pick has kept everyone involved and ready to make their picks. Thanks.

In his defence... @chad72 was never tagged so it would be a bit hard for him to know he was on the clock...

Yes. I patiently wait till about 4:55 pm and I still see @Four2itus  making his decision, so I leave for home, I bet he made his pick right after I left the door from work. My worst time of the day is from 5 pm to 8 pm when I have family time. Plus, the fact that the commish said we're going to have the night off after Round 1, so I took advantage, sorry!!! :)

With the 32nd pick of the NFL Draft, The New England Patriots select

Jachai Polite, OLB/DE, Florida

@That Guy will be on the clock tomorrow.

I would be ok trading down again from 34 Colts because DK Metcalf is still available let me know if interested

As the Cardinals, I would highly recommend no-one trade with the Colts hoping to get Metcalf.  AIR RAID!
