Not that he had done anything spectacular, but youth and potential were on his side.

 

So yea another pass rushing option comes off the board.

 

He settled for a one year deal, so he must have either loved it in LA or gauged that his market was not what he would want it to be and bet on himself with another year w Wade Phillips, Aaron Donald and that D. I can't blame him too much there.

 

And I don't blame the Rams for making a move to re-sign him after the draft capital they gave up to get him in the first place.

 

It is becoming a lot more of the Flowers/Z.Smith/P.Smith/J.Houston show.

 

When even a guy like Romeo Okwara taking a small deal to stay off the market, it is going to get some of these other guys paaaaaaaaid lol

Whispers that Dante Fowler got $14M on his one year deal

 

I say this again (as many have), these Edge guys are going to be expensive.

 

In what world is Dante Fowler worth $14M?

 

With teams having money to burn and pass rushers at a premium, we will have to pay up or miss out.

 

I hope we can land someone on a relatively decent contract not too much north of $10M a year but I am skeptical.
