I love how the media totally made up the retirement angle...'safe to say he's retiring' or 'that's what I've heard' I read in a few of those tweets by some of the NFL 'insiders'.. Lol

I think it's a pretty good move for the Steelers. They got a young proven player playing on his rookie contract for a couple more years. Miami had to pay most of his contract because it was front loaded. Fitzpatrick could have been a top 6-8 pick if 4 QB's were not taken in the top 10.
