Reich had chance to be Manning’s QB coach in 98

This is amazing. With all these stories coming out with Reich it was destiny he became the colts coach one day. This must have been a dream come true for him.

Oh I did not know that. I thought he was just Dungys assistant. I didn’t know he was actual qb coach.

Still, pretty cool to know he was offered that position as far back as 98

We should really reflect more often on our team's history.

I know we sometimes harp on not winning enough Super bowls, but we have had some fine men of character in this organization from top to bottom, and have experienced some quality football.

And i am as excited and proud about the state of the franchise as i  have ever been.  And my experience goes back to the Baltimore days.

I am always proud to say i'm aColt fan.  And even here in the middle of Steeler\Eagle land, nobody laughs anymore.  Not for a LONG time.

Which is nice!

Don't blame him for wanting to spend that time with his family.

I will say though it's pretty amazing how quickly he's moved up the ranks.

He started at the bottom in 2008 as an offensive coaching staff assistant.  10 years later he's the head coach of the Colts.

All worked out the way it was supposed to.

I know it sounds cliche, but God really does move in mysterious ways!
