I’m getting so sick of this league. The officiating is so inconsistent from week to week.

Will it be a flag at this week? Dunno, depends on how the refs feel today.

Agree. It’s just become such a poor game. Poor product and I’m glad I gave up my season tickets. It’s just not fun to wonder if the refs are going to have an influence on the win/loss. It’s almost like they defer to the side of the pats all season though when in question, it’s going the pats way 9-10 times.

    • All I'm saying is, many people didn't want players named AB, or Newton (base salary approx $1 million) because of "character concerns" yes or no?   All I'm saying is, it's not "Colt like" for this vlogging going on. Especially if the player hasn't shown anything on the field.   Excuses starting in 5-4-3-2-1.
    • True, and I'd wager more ACL are non contact than contact. Sure, player may be engaged and even take contact, but injury too often occurs on the non contact side during the play. Much less often is an ACL a direct contact injury... but still can be.   Any official word?  I'm saying if it is either 'just' and MCL, or 'just' a PCL, he might be ready to come off IR after the 3 weeks or so. If both, things get more complicated.  But I've never heard definitive that it is both, just many reports.  If anyone knows with certainty, let me know who/where please.  Thanks.
    • If the season ended today The season does not end today, thankfully, but if it did, the postseason brackets would look like this: American League No. 1 Rays vs. No. 8 Blue Jays No. 2 White Sox vs. No. 7 Cleveland No. 3 Athletics No. 6 Astros No. 4 Twins vs. No. 5 Yankees   National League No. 1 Dodgers vs. No. 8 Brewers No. 2 Braves vs. No. 7 Reds No. 3 Cubs vs. No. 6 Marlins No. 4 Padres vs. No. 5 Cardinals   Here are the first round matchups if they playoffs started today. Not liking the Cards chances against the Padres. Cubs would potentially play the winner of the Reds/Braves. Cardinals would get winner of Dodgers/Brewers.
    • Thanks I must of missed it, with that definition I think Rivers could be contributed to some of the lack of separation, just because of the lack of zip on the ball because it seems there have been quite of few times when the receiver is waiting for the ball to get there and the defender has time to recover.   Now I'm not saying its all him or his arm strength because just overall offense timing on plays and comfortability with the quarterback/receivers could affect it as well. I would be interested to see if it improves throughout the season.
    • I'm with you on zone versus marshmellow soft zone.     As the one guy said, is there a stat to show the distance from the LOS for routes thrown to or something?  Could the difference also be attributed to what appeared to be a short route gameplan (Jax) v a longer route GP MN?
