This is the curse of the cover 2. Anyone remember those Dungy years?

Once you get up against the best QBs in the playoffs they KNOW exactly how to beat it.

If it was that cut and dried then no team in the league would play it surely?

WE hjave to get close to Patrick....we are simply not getting there

We require containing him.  He's getting pressure but he has an escape avenue.  He's most dangerous when he's scrambling.  He had time a couple of plays ago and threw a bad pass.

Gotta keep him in the pocket.

They are eating up the zone just like everyone said. If we are going to win in the future with this team we are going to have to make some changes to this zone.

Plus Luck has to learn to play in cold weather. Everyone wanted this game but look it’s the same old colts.  They are about to score 21 in one quarter.

Another thing I commented on  mid season.

Yes he is a good player but I think he has been fortunate at times this year getting some fluke plays in.

He is not Mack as LB.  Unless he gains 30 pounds he never will be.

He was great during the season. But he's been absolute trash the playoff games. Just do your freaking job. Quit running yourself out of plays. Every single big play the chiefs make it's on Leonard. He's again the worst player on the defense for a 2nd game in a row.

Not at all.

Been a great year.

Next year I think they have a great shot at the SB.

But they need more talent.  Especially at the LB position and on offense.

Tbh the only players I think are worthing keeping on O outside of the offensive line are Luck, Hilton, Doyle, Ebron, and maybe Mack.

But if you can get Bell?  You get him.  If you can get AB?  You get him.

This is an offensive league now and you aren't going to win with the players have on O right now.

I agree, I think we are playing with house money. I really didnt think they we would be in the playoffs let alone win a playoff game this year.

this is the patriots game all over again it is luck every one protects him so much on here .  in big games he goes 3 and out 10 drives straight and we blame the defense

If you go 3 & out on every possession and the other team scores a TD on every possession, that is a failure of both offense and defense.  Nobody is blameless in that scenario.

Not all teams have playoff worthy QBs. We spend a lot of the regular season playing QBs who aren’t that great. (Watson is in that group)

Now we don’t have that luxury.

Great QBs > Cover 2

10 first downs to 0 AND they kicked off.  10 first downs in the first quarter.  Yeah, they're a better team but this is one of the worst quarters in the history of the NFL playoffs.

This is starting to look like a one sided affair .

I don’t think they will punt all game. They are in their way to scoring 80 points lol.

Do you even know his record in cold weather games? Define what a cold weather game is?

Or, at least, force hi m to his left...when he rolls to his right......there's nothing you can do

185 yards to 12...end of the quarter

Are we a dome team or what?

You can’t take the dome team out of our team. Unless we get home games in the playoffs we are doomed.

Agree.

As much as I hate to say it, reminds me a ton of Peyton in the years before the SB.  He just never seems to be clutch.

Luck just does not play GREAT in the playoffs.  At times he plays good, never great.  I would say his best so far was the KC game at home.
