He should be fighting for the Bears job.

I imagine him as a lumberjack chopping wood while hugging bears.

True. and I've also heard the bears are 'keenly interested' in him as their DC.

Good for Chuck. I'm interested to see how he does returning to the NFL. As many have stated, he would provide some well needed experience to the younger fresh head coaches.

I am just surprised Steve Wilks is not getting much interest.

I heard Gregg Williams is in play for the Jets, and I am not sure how Pats fans feel about Bountygate Gregg in their division.

Bowles is deciding between the Bears and Bucs now. I think it is his job to lose with the Bears, more than anyone else.

Where did you hear about bowles being interested in the Bears? I thought it was a done deal he was going to Tampa.

    • Yes, in a court of law, not the court of public opinion. Also, many people have been found "not guilty" by a jury of their peers but have in fact committed unlawful acts.    Here is a question for you:  If you saw someone recorded molesting a child but the person was found "not guilty" in a court of law for whatever reason, would you allow that person to be alone with your child?
    • I don't think it is true either. I was just making a joke.
    • Desir loves Indy, loves the team; both players and organization. (I heard an  interview).  I think he would take slightly less to stay, but not a lot less.  So then market offers (vs. Colts value offer) will determine whether he stays or leaves.  He want's to take care of himself and his family.  If our offer is close, I think he returns.
    • His trainer says it is not.   Bell’s trainer, Pete Bommarito of Miami’s Bommarito Performance Systems, responded by issuing a strong denial to Fansided.   "It’s so untrue it’s laughable and ridiculous,” Bommarito stated. “He has stuck to the plan and stayed in shape all year. It’s ridiculous. Where does this stuff come from? Who says this? Nobody asked me.
    • He knows, he won't get any contract unless he can first pass a physical, minimum.  He'll be in shape on time, or possibly out another year...     Agreed, would he divide the locker room with antics when T.Y. goes off on an 11 catch massacre of the Texans and AB gets maybe a few short pass targets? (a hypothetical)   Quickest way to derail a team building toward the Super Bowl is get divisive characters to break up the locker room brotherhood.
