If the browns win next week vs the bengals, steelers lose out and the ravens lose either to the bucs or chargers, the browns and ravens would play for the division week 17

Steelers typically play well in December and Browns, by the time they fired Hue Jackson and Todd Haley, they were already in the hole having tied once with the Steelers and lost the second game. It was always uphill for the Browns. 

 

They do have a very good outlook going into the off season, IMO, with a QB they believe they can win games with and an OC who understands well how to use his RBs.
