Good job on Ebron keeping his cool and standing his ground.

Too much jawing after the play was over.

The Jags rookie Harrison ran up to Ebron and was saying things I guess the refs didn't like. Didn't look like any physical altercations.

This is a very weird game so far....just seems like neither team has any rhythm?

Exactly how I'd describe it.

Go low, head to the side, wrap him up.

The dude basically shoved him down Kessler just lowered down to make it look worse the hit itself was nothing at all

I felt he went in high, but the QB put his helmet right in his path.  He hit him with his facemask, not the crown.  That's how much he tried not to go for the kill.

Poor execution here by both teams.. is this preseason?

So exactly... don't shove. Wrap him up. Go low and the head to head won't be in play.

Simple. We all know it's bogus, but we all know it's the way the rules have gone.

Again, don't disagree, but better technique and you don't give the opportunity for the flag to be thrown.

Get a first down only to go 10 yards back. Jesus.

I think we miss Jack Doyle.

Some times we just have to acknowledge that is not always bout rust and that Jags came to play. We r an average young team.  We r getting better but every game mayb a dog fight

Jags defense is good.  They are just horribly undisciplined.

Jaguars still have a defense. Those were just bad play calls honestly

Yeah, bad calling. My thoughts, too. Fortunately, we have a good drive going now.

Correct, much talent, little mental discipline.

If you hit the carrot it's an auto 1st down right?

    • Sorry, I didn't get any update in notifications, should have checked your profile to see if you have created any new post. Growing pains of being new here. I'd you have time in the morning, let's start.   With the first overall draft pick, Cincinnati Bengals select   Joe Burrow, QB, LSU
    • @Nadine Please pin this thread for us. Thank you.
    • Feels like we are going to play more pressman coverage
    • With the draft fast approaching here is my one and only mock. I incorporated some trades in my mock this year because Ballard always seems to trade and I also think he will try to acquire more picks. My trades are reasonable and provide value.( I think)    Round 2: trade pick 34 to Browns for pick 41 and 115, select Denzel Mims, wr Baylor.    Round 2: trade pick 44 to Falcons for pick 47 and 119, select A.J. Terrell, cb Clemson.    Round 3: pick 75, Brycen Hopkins, te Purdue.    Round 4: pick 115, Calvin Throckmorton, ol Oregon.    Round 4: pick 119, Akeem Davis-Gaither, lb Appalachian St.    Round 4: pick 122, Trevis Gipson, de, Tulsa.    Round 5: pick 160, Parnell Motley, cb Oklahoma.    Round 6: pick 193, Terrell Burgess, s, Utah    Round 6: pick 197, Steven Gonzales, og, Penn St. Well, what do you think, I know the glaring omission in my draft is qb, but I just can't see spending a draft pick  on a player, regardless of who he may be, that doesn't have anymore potential than Chad Kelly. Lots of defense in my draft, and 2 o-linemen to try to soften the loss of Haeg. My favorite pick would be Motley, the dude can flat out play.
    • Hey,  I'm sorry Archer,  I've been meaning to respond to your post, but life has been crazy the last few days...     You make an interesting point that I'd like to address.    And much of what I'm about to write I'm paraphrasing from an NFL.com article from earlier in the week,  so it's not just me saying what I'm about to say,  it's NFL people too...   The reason to delay the draft?   Optics,  how it will look to millions.   As I'm sure you know,  the worst of the Virus is expected to hit in Mid-April.  NFL execs are worried that the worst death toll numbers will be the headlines on every newscast,  on every newspaper around the country during that time.    How does it look if in 30 NFL cities,  the news anchors are talking about the days top story --- record numbers of Carona deaths,  and suddenly one says....    "Now here's Bob to tell us about team's newest draft choice!"   The optics would be horrible.   That's why many withing the NFL wanted this moved at least into May and hopefully out of the window of the worst virus news.    The twin headlines would be the worst.    But Goodell has ruled and I'm sure you noticed that he asked NFL Execs to stop talking about it in the press.    You don't often hear/read that from Goodell.   I hope Goodell is not making a terrible mistake.    We'll soon find out.   I know people are starving for some fun and good news,  but the timing couldn't be worse, and that's the reason to move it,  even if only two 2-3 weeks.    But that's not happening....   Again,  sorry for the delay in getting back to you....
