Skai Moore became expendable once Walker started playing better, IMO. Skai Moore, on run D was not stout, from the limited times I saw him in pre-season. Skai Moore probably could have come in as a coverage backer specialist but what good is coverage if you cannot stop the run on the first 2 downs to force a favorable 3rd down?

 

Maybe they bring him back to PS later?

Skai to PS is surprising, Anthony Walker is playing well but there was a lot of hype around Skai Moore. Maybe he is nursing an injury and they need his roster spot for now.

Anthony Walker was a beast at Northwestern. His play doesn’t surprise me AT ALL.

I will say this about our linebacker core right now. Lot of people thought it would be the weakness of this team, but with the way Leonard and Walker are playing, they are legit turning into a strength. Fingers crossed they stay healehy
