We can definitely still trade. But those player-player trades usually happen because the players aren't going to make the final cuts. 

 

We can trade at any point now.

 

Ravens kept RG3 because their hoping to still move him.

That's what I thought too.  I didn't read where the Lions cut Abdulllah so they could still be trying to move him.  Maybe to San Fran now that they lost their RB.
