In a interview today Jalen Ramsey stated...

 

Jalen Ramsey: 

 

"Andrew Luck—I don't really think he's that good. Him and T.Y. (Hilton) had a connection in the past that made him stand out a little bit more, but I don't think he's good.”

 

Kid should definitely humble himself considering a hurt Andrew Luck in 2016 lit him up... Thoughts??

I actually have a lot of time for Ramsey, big mouth but backs it up with ability, but these comments are just ridiculous.

 

Anyone with half a football brain can see the quality Luck possesses.

 

That team would kill for someone like Luck based on the QB play they have had to put up with.

Well, in the last 3 seasons, Luck hasn't led the Colts to any WINNING SEASONS. And is not expected to lead us to a one this season either.

Hopefully Luck and the Colts can change that soon.

 

Amd when he does then that can shut some people up.

Great point. Imagine Luck with RB Fornette,  and that Jags defense. Smh may then be the best team in the league.

oh let Ramsey talk. If im him, id be more worried about that offense. No one is scared of a starting lineup of Moncrief, Lee, and Jenkins not to mention sophomore RBs always struggle especially when their gonna face 9 man boxes because their QB sucks ala Gurley

a team's win/loss record is a really poor way to judge a QBs talent.

I understand what Jalen Ramsey is saying. Bulletin board material to create fake controversy to motivate himself.

 

Secretly, we all know that Ramsay would rather have Luck on his team vs Blake Bortles. That's what this is. Knowing Bortles will never win Jacksonville a SB. It's jealousy plain & simple. He wants what we have: Chewbacca.

???  You let some people you don't agree with drive you away from Indiana?

 

I agree there are some Hoosiers that need to "catch up with the times", but Indiana is a great place.  It's green, quiet, safe, and peaceful.

 

We might progress a little slower than other places, but we get there eventually.  :thmup:

Hey Jalen, do you know what projection means? Just curious...


1) An unconscious self-defense mechanism characterized by a person unconsciously attributing their own issues onto someone or something else as a form of delusion and denial.

2) A way to blame others for your own negative thoughts by repressing them and then attributing them to someone else. Due to the sorrowful nature of delusion and denial it is very difficult for the target to be able to clarify the reality of the situation.

3) A way to transfer guilt for your own thoughts, emotions and actions onto another as a way of not admitting your guilt to yourself.

Projection (Psychological)

1) Believing that someone else does not like you when it is indeed you that does not like them. By projecting this onto another you ascribe the negativity of the thoughts/feelings onto them so your ego does not have to admit the deficiency of your own thought processes.

2) A person in a relationship meets someone else out of spite for their partner and then forms an attachment to the person they have met; they then accuse their partner of infidelity (or at least considering the idea) so that they do not have to admit to themselves or anyone else that they have already cheated in their own mind.

3) Repeatedly attacking someone with the ideas that they are: Cold, Arrogant, Selfish, Anti-social and Negative as a way of not admitting to yourself that these appear to be some of your most dominant traits.

4) Telling someone who is clearly in love with you that they are “unworthy of your love”. When in reality you have doubts within yourself that you are worthy of any love and due to this will attack and destroy any true love that exists towards and/or within you.

He's entitled to his opinion.  Regrading some things he said, I agree.  As DBs go, I think he is average.  His play vs the Colts this year will probably be below average.  I think his stock will go down this season because he obviously is a head case.  We'll  see...

Eh, had just as much to do with the drugs that were so prevalent in my hometown and a lot of the people I grew up with. But the "values" of most of the people I know there were definitely a driving force. Only so many times you can hear "there's a difference between (group of people) and (slur)" before you realize it's time to go.
