How are we looking?

I see we're down 1 but who has looked good and bad? I've just been able to put the game on now.

We looked pretty good in the 1st Half. Luck looked like he never has missed a game. He was solid.

Should I feel bad since I struggle to walk at times and Sebastian and AV who are my age or older are still kicking in the NFL

It's nice having a legitimate backup quarterback. These preseason games will be more fun to watch and we will be competitive. :)

Agree, and even more important is that the backups are getting quality looks - especially the WR corps, because playing with Brissett is like playing with a starting QB.  It will help everyone grow.

I would hate to lose JB anytime soon.  Good backup QB's can really help the offense get better.

Is this the same kid that was with us in camp last year?  He had a few nice games if it is the same guy.

I'll take one runner as opposed to two walkers, but that's just my preference... haha

I guess we are gonna give MR. Bagdley a good look.

Practicing and training with the Goat has to do wonders for your confidence. We’ll probably help get the kid a job like we did for the kicker that went to Philly a few years ago.  I can’t remember his name. He helped me win a fantasy football league that year.

    • Okereke has been pretty much as advertised...good in sub packages in pass coverage...and somewhat of a liability in run defense...hence the lower number of snaps.   Comparing him to Devin Bush is a bit unfair. Bush was in the running for DROY...is on a completely different level of athleticism...and probably has All Pro upside.    But hopefully Okereke can get stronger and improve his run defense...to possibly be Leonard's 3-down running mate. I do wish the Colts had the luxury of using a pick on a stud MLB...but that's probably not going to happe anytime soon. I know people like Walker...but he's not that guy (and he's one of those guys I hope Ballard is selective about when re-signing players).
    • To Ballard’s credit, the JB trade was very good. We got one of the best backup QBs in the league, and the deflators got Dorsett. Say what you will about JB now, but he was a good backup and has still gotten us six wins. He’s definitely worth the price of Dorsett. Also, on the Walker point, he looked very good the last two preseasons but was just bad this preseason. Really wasn't much harm in keeping him around for a couple of years.
    • I’d use our first on any of those three, but I wouldn’t want to trade up for Eason or Love at all really.
    • I feel that for sure. I really dont see him seeing the field still. Baring injury to JB and BH. Which honestly, is for the best in the pursuits of the post season. If were out the playoffs... I still think its more worth it to evaluate JB throughout the full season before moving into the offseason.   The bolded is the biggest area of agreement with us here.... At this point- I am just really curious to see what he does against REAL competition at this level... NOT PreSea comp...    Its getting harder for me to talk smack just because of that curiosity that is creeping in lol. Like you... Im interested to see if hes actually worth the spot on the 53... or if this circus has no purpose...
    • Yes.  If Ballard believes that he is worth a round one pick, he won't be the only GM that thinks so.  And if Love is worth a round one or round 2 pick, and because CB has been outed as being at Utah State games, every other GM will figure Ballard will take him with our mid first or Redskins second.  Then the bidding frenzy begins.  Ballard will have to figure on this too and will sort of have to bid against himself to move up to beat the teams who will be moving up ahead of the Colts.   That's how QBs get overdrafted.  Not saying that Love wouldn't be worth it though.
