I’m thinking with the Nelson pick, that RB won’t be in the Colts plans until late if at all. Ballard likes Matt Jones and Nelson is a run blocker first. With that being said, I think he will nab a WR early and focus on the defense.

The Colts really need to add a talented linebacker. I'm not sure there is one that will be available in round 2 that is worth taking. Darius Lenoard maybe?

I think there should be some good DL and WR prospects available in round 2 and the Colts will be able to address those positions. DL like maybe Hurst, Green and WR such as Miller, Sutton.

If the first round keeps going like its going maybe we get a crack at Harold Landry. Josh Jackson makes sense. Courtland Sutton also. Not sure if we get another guard but Will Hernandez, Mike Hughes, Isaiah Oliver.

Maybe Maurice Hurst

Jackson or Oliver would be sweet

Could maybe we trade back into the first and take Landry?

If Josh Jackson somehow makes it to that 2nd pick I can see us drafting him.

I could see a Brian O'Neil or a Jerome Baker as well maybe at 49.

I wonder if they would consider Calvin Ridley if he makes it to our pick in the 2nd round.

Landry would be ideal if we can get a shot at him.  Jackson or Oliver too.  I like oneill with one of our seconds

Rasheem Green

I'd like this.

Landry, Carter, and Christian Kirk wouldn't be bad at all. We need LBs in round 2, 2 of them would be nice. I'd be OK to sacrifice the RB position for that.

Aw man, lots of good options. Josh Jackson, Isaiah Oliver, or Carlton Davis, and good DL options. But Guice, Hernandez, or Sutton would be nice too. I’m not huge on Landry but in the 2nd he’d be a good pick.

Either way, I’m so glad we have back to back picks.

I see three defensive picks in the second round...    that's my hope...    and I think Jish Jackson could be one.   I hope we take a % at Maurice Hurst at DT...   and perhaps Darius Leonard at pick 49...

Then, a RB at the top of 3....   and a WR at the top of 4....

I'd be a very happy boy....

Well I REALLY hope Ballard looks hard at drafting DE/OLB Harold Landry. Really can't believe he's still available. He has great bend, and could be a very good pass rush specialist for this team.

Other guys I want in the 2nd round include CB Carlton Davis, DT Maurice Hurst (if his heart condition is not a concern), RB Derrius Guice, OT Connor Williams (if Ballard views him as a quality starting RT with LT ability if need be), and DE Lorenzo Carter.

In round 3 I REALLY want LB Darius Leonard, unless Ballard thinks he'd be there in the early 4th. This guy can rome sideline to sideline, and would be the most athletic LB on this team immediately. I also like these round 3 prospects: RB Nick Chubb, WR Michael Gallup, RB Kerryon Johnson, and LB Malik Jefferson.

I'd LOVE any combo of Jackson, Sutton, Hurst or Guice with our back to back 2nd rounders.

I could see Hurst or Orlando Brown going to Browns.  Then Rudolph going to Giants.  Then whoever the Browns didn't pick previously being picked here.  Setting us up for Jackson and Guice/Sutton.  If it falls this way I would be ECSTATIC!  If Jackson is gone, you gotta go Oliver. Just my dos pesos.

Some GREAT talent left IMO. Josh Jackson is tailor made to play in this defense. Harold Landry should be on the list too purely talent-wise. Connor Williams, Maurice Hurst.... Guice, Oliver... there is a LOT of talent left on the board. I love it. I love the trade even more now than I did when it happened.

Since we got Nelson, I’m less inclined to double down on another Oline piece.

Get some defensive talent.

Jackson would be brilliant. So would Hurst. Landry and Oliver also really good options.

Last year we cut all the old guys from the Defense. Now let’s add some young talent.

Carter is the guy I'd love to get. I like Avery at LB later also the kid from Vandy. I think the LB class is deeper then stated.
