I like that we can't trade picks, but man, the Colts would have been nuts to stand pat at #3 with Chubb and Barkley gone and a bunch of QB needy teams behind them.

I agree, if there were trades, I would of thought of trading up two spots with the Colts to take Nelson on the Broncos. With Nelson and all the QBs left, there are plenty of opportunities if this happens. Honestly, we really can't lose IMO. Even if Ballard traded down with the Broncos or Jets and worst case scenario Barkley/Chubb/Nelson are all gone, we could always trade down again or take Edmunds/Roquan/Fitzpatrick. There's no horrible scenario for us. It's not like we're in the Bears spot where if Nelson, Chubb and Edmunds are all gone you lose the players you want and get no picks. We will come out of this well, with either an elite player, or a near elite player and extra day 2 picks.

Alright! With the 9th pick in the 2018 Gavin Memorial Mock Draft, the San Fransisco 49ers Select:

Denzel Ward, CB, Ohio State!!

The 49ers secondary is an absolute mess, and with the offense plugging along so far under Garoppolo, the focus needs to be placed on defense. 2016 had Jalen Ramsey, 2017 had Ward's OSU teammate Marshon Lattimore, and this year, that superstar corner is Ward. He will give a massive boost to the defense, and it will be exciting to watch the 49ers play next season!

Now on the Clock: @NextGenerationLuck and the Raiders!! (Time: 9:36)

@SolidGold gets extra credit, the ONLY one to date that actually messaged me their pick  :scoregood:

# 13 Washington Redskins -Derrius Guice @ 207 pm EST. @bananabucket emailed me, he might not be around to make his pick, so at the 90 minute mark, I'll select from the list he emailed me.

If he emailed you the list, I would just take the top guy on it, unless its not in order of preference anyway.  Still, he messaged you so it's your call.  I'm fine either way.

Depends on the message. I will be sending my list in because i may or may be busy at work, but it will be with instructions to give me a chance to actually show up and make the pick myself. His msg may be the same.
