I'm a little curious about that myself.

I know coaches and GMs who get fired often take a year off.... but it will be interesting to see if, when and at what level Chris Polian will surface.

Could be.... and that points to A.J. Smith in San Diego who was a protege of Bill Polian in Buffalo, so if the Chargers don't tank again and fire Smith, I'm guessing he could wind up there.

Oh....he certainly had his good points and he built an era of very successful football.... and unattached to the Colts he'll probably be a good listen.

But everything runs its course.... and it sounded like the youngster was every bit the tyrant without the football cred.
