I think knowing your the guy going into the offseason will probably make him work a lot harder in the off season. I do think if he does start next season there will be improvements. It’s hard to break a mentality your a backup. The fact we have seen glimpses if he works hard in the off season I think some of it can be corrected.

Its a matter of how you want to build a team. If you want to win a shootout, then we'll need a franchise Qb who's selected very high.  Like Jameis Winston.  If we can't find that Qb, or he turns out not to be that guy, like Jameis Winston, then we'd have to win football games by holding the opponent to 21 points or less. Â

Kind of makes you think.  He finally opts for surgery as does Ebron.  Both apparently trying to play through injury and the team letting them try.  At the end they both had to opt for surgery.  They both remind me of the old school players.  Refusing to quit unless finally forced to.  Wish them both a speedy recovery. Â
