Hi,  Colts fans!   :)  A battle of  AFC teams plague by internal player injuries through the 2017 NFL season, showcase tonight on the NFL weekly Thursday Night Football coverage in tonight's 27th all-time meeting. Kickoff at Lucas Oil Stadium (the building is by 8:25PM Eastern Standard Time.

Both the Colts and Broncos are coming off their last games played on Sunday, and both teams have also adjusted and prepared their short practice schedule to acomodate TNF.

Both Indianapolis and Denver are tied each with 13 games apiece, including 3 postseason games, with the winner having the one-game lead in the series. Colts are also 3-0 in postseason games played after the 2003, 2004, and 2014 NFL season, along with 10 regular season games.

Last time the Colts and Broncos played at LOS,  it was Peyton's Manning's last full season as an NFL player but the opposing team, the Denver Broncos, hence, the 'Manning Bowl,' played  back on November 8, 2015. However, Adam Vinitieri's 55-yard field goal with 6:13 remaining in the fourth quarter, helped Indianapolis edge Denver 27-24.

Andrew Luck  and Peyton Manning each completed identical 21 of their  36 passes,  two touchdowns, and  1 sack. Luck threw 252 yards, and 0 interceptions, while Manning 281 yards, but 2 INT's.

Denver though defeated Indianapolis 34-20 at both teams last meeting, played at Sports Authority Field At Mile High, back on September 18, 2016.

Mike Tirico and Cris Collinsworth are announcing the live TV game commentary, along with sideline reporter and interviewer Heather Cox, for NBC's Network's over-the-air  coverage of The NFL's Thursday Night Football coverage, along with The NFL Network, and Amazon Prime Video are all simulcasting tonight's primetime matchup between the Broncos and Colts, including locally WTHR  NBC Channel 13 in Indianapolis, and in your personal devices including your laptop, iPad, and smartphone  through the NFL app provided by Verizon, all media seen live on HD.

Tonight's NFL Thursday Night Football is also the color rush game, so the visiting Broncos are wearing their blue helmets, and Nike orange color rush jerseys and pants, while the host Colts are wearing their white helmets, and Nike color rush blue jerseys and pants.

NO injuries, try to win your fourth game of the season in front of your Colts faithful ant LOS, and LET'S GO COLTS!!!!!  :cheer:  :coltslogo:   :1colts:   :colts:   :coltslogo:  :cheer:

Me too, our 2006 team was loaded with him, Marvin, and Clark. Reggie is what I call a TrueColt - he bleeds blue!

Love how he usually picks us on those pregame shows.

Never badmouthing to bad if he has to be critical...People love doing the REGGIE chant..lol

Aye, CC giving props to the Colts as a fighting team stating it should be fun to watch.  It should, hopefully.

Actually it is amazing how many close games we have lost. This is promising for next season when Luck returns because we will better next season with another Draft and new Coach.

    • I am late to the party but it doesn't matter because I would've been 1-1 anyway. I had the Lions and Washington so it offsets     Here are my Sunday picks/Monday pick: Ravens 17 Steelers 24 Chargers 19 Bills 27 Titans 27 Colts 30 Panthers 20 Vikings 21 Browns 27 Jags 17 Giants 24 Bengals 10 Cards 27 Pats 23 Dolphins 99 Jets 0 (Fluke's original quote) Saints 24 Broncos 13 49ers 17 Rams 30 Chiefs 34 Bucs 24 Bears 17 Packers 27 Seahawks 31 Eagles 17
    • Yes, love the limited stuff from Harris. I really want to see more routes from him, but overall, love what he's doing. I'd love for him to be a long term answer at slot if Campbell moves to Z.    I'm up in the air on specs. I need to see him hit some long ones, as well as some additional clutch kicks. Glasgow, like I said, I just don't expect much from. Doubt he's ever a contributor on D, but if he kills it on ST, I'm happy.    A buddy of mine (a Ball State grad/fan), thinks Pinter develops into a RT, and the Colts will eventually move Smith over to LT (when AC retires), and let Pinter take RT. I don't know about all that, but I do agree Pinter might develop into more than we think.    I think Pittman will develop into a long term and consistent WR for us. I know he's just starting to emerge, but he just has the look. Good/willing blocker, good hands, etc.. He might not be the 50/50 guy I want, but I also think he might be better at in-stride catching than I thought.    JT, I think he'll be fine once he gets acclimated and use to the run blocking scheme. I don't want to diminish his talent, but most RBs should be able to be successful behind our OL, and he's better than most.    Blackmon is the most interesting to me. He's always been a hammer which I love. He's struggled though in coverage in college, and as we saw, got burnt deep a few games ago. Not sure if he's too aggressive forward, or just struggles with coverage and range. I hope it's just aggressiveness. It definitely helped him when they moved him from CB to S in college, but at the same time, Utah ran a ton of man, which we do not. Love most of what I've seen thus far. I just hope it's not a case where teams get film on him, and start testing him deep a lot. We've been fortunate to play some bad Os early that simply don't go deep a bunch. Will be interesting to follow.
    • It's Rivers he will play, the dude is made of steel  . He played with a torn ACL.
    • I just wish I knew whether it's turf toe or not.
    • For what little it may be worth...   if memory serves me correctly...   we let Desir go one year into a 3-year deal.   I don’t know that we planned to let him go,  but that’s what happened.   I suppose the same could happen to Doyle.   I think what we do with MAC, Burton and the draft will tell us.
