Brissett sacked, AGAIN - Fumbles the ball, but Colts recover (Ryan Kelly).

Flag on the play.

Sack negated - Hands to the face on the defense.

I miss the stretch run.

Do we have an athletic zone blocking scheme type of line?  Or bulky power blocking guys?  You need a ZBS and O line that fits to run that well, and a zone run RB that knows when to flow or jump cut up the field.

Nope. Not quite yet. I believe Philibin is trying to get us there though.

He'll get excited and start yelling for the other team, catch himself, and then say something like, "The Colts have just got to get this together."

That said, I still love listening to him.

Yeah, I've been listening to Bob since I was a kid. He cares , I appreciate that.

Usually the 4th quarter , when they up by 3 or 6 he pulls out the game loser.

What a difference a zone blocking scheme has done for the Vikings. Keenum is not much better than Brissett. Like you have told me in the past, fix the OL and the QB will play a lot better.

Melvin with the PICK!!!

Play is under review. It might be close. I didn't see the ball hit the ground from the first angle.

**** Play stands as a pick.

Melvin is heading to locker room with a possible wrist injury.

So much truth right here.

I'm sure Melvin broke his wrist and is headed to IR because anyone on this team who can actually play eventually ends up pn IR.

Doyle was held. He even grabbed his jersey. LOL

I didn't see the play, but it is full legal for a defender to grab/jam/hold a receiver within the first 5 yards beyond the  line of scrimmage.  That means a defender could do that until Doyle reached the 3 (if the LOS was the 8).

Yeah that doesn't apply in this case.

LOL

    • From what I understand the NFL is going to use the draft telecast somehow to raise money for the virus.  Optics nah. People want something to watch. We can’t go anywhere and your mind will go crazy if you have the news on all the time. We need a distraction. The nfl realizes that too. I have been very anxious lately and need to lay off news because it’s not good for my health. I am scared for the economy and every loosing their business. So we need this draft as a distraction.
    • The Colts have now filled every need on the outside, bringing in a new CB as well as two WRs. Now, it's time to move inside. Castanzo considered retirement this past year, so I don't expect him to be around much longer. Therefore, I think that one of the best remaining prospects on my board is a perfect fit.   With the 111th pick in the 2020 Gavin Mock Draft, the Indianapolis Colts select:   Ben Bartch, OT, St Johns   Yes, I know, he was a DIII player, but he still came to the senior bowl and dominated there as well. Relatively new to the position as a converted TE, Bartch has great athleticism and is already extremely far ahead in his development, signaling to me that he has a strong work ethic and desire to play. Given a couple years, with great coaching (which we have), I feel as though he can be a talented LT and replacement for Castanzo at the next level.    What say you, Colts Nation?? Yea or Nay on this pick??   @Clem-Dog and the Chargers are now on the clock!
    • Agreed. Those two also try to stay in the pocket if they can help it. The running is more of a necessity from poor oline protection.
    • This it's really hard to tell where he will go.  It only takes one team who falls in love with him and doesn't want to miss out to take him pretty early in the first.
    • So we got two guys for relatively cheap who struggled last year with the hope that they will rebound in 2020.     Wouldn't Tell be our #2 SS being as that is what he played in college?
