He had a hold the QB then threw him down late. Thats a penalty. There was a flag, the ball moved forward. Therefore, again, thats a penalty. Your opinion means nothing unfortunately.

Placed him down didn't throw him, although his hands were high around head area.

In some cases, yes, but the other team missing a makeable field goal isn't making your own break.  It's just getting a break.  It seems like stuff like that has happened quite a bit this season.  There have been other instances where the special teams has just played well.
