Definitely not an accurate stat. The most drops anyone in the league has is 4. If a guy dropped 8 passes in 3 games he wouldn’t be in the NFL.

Drops are one of those stats that is subjective to the person making the stats.

Was this right after the game?  In defense of TY, I'd think a proper reporter would ask him about the game and his performance in the game instead of to comment on rumors about his employment.

Was it the National Enquirer or the STAR reporter that asked him that question?

Probably TMZ...

Lol..y'all switch up so quickly..when we used to run plays that allowed Hilton to feast "deep ball,Crossing routes,Slants" he was a lesser polished Marvin now with a rookie Qb crappy line and intermediate pass routes while being double teamed  he's trash?? Moncreif isn't even half of a ghost and he plays soft..Aiken why is he even here and why does JB force him the ball..Doyle can be a reliable target when he's focused. These route concepts DO NOT BENEFIT OUR WR and you can blame them for some drops but not all of them because brissett throws Some very low Balls to the receivers with height and he's late on his passes a lot (he's a rookie it's expected) but this playcalling does not benefit this offensive line..So rather than piling on our best offensive player excluding Luck  blame your coordinator who clearly isn't up to the task of adjusting for anyone not named "Matt hasselback"

Exactly.  Sooner or later all this nonsense is gonna pile up and TY will want out of here.

Ty might be out of here anyway . Not only doesn't he show up when times are tough against good opposition , he also shot his mouth off after no-showing against another good defense. Totally overrated , I would trade him for the right package on a minute .

And you take away Luck's best WR, one of his best friends, and leave him with a horrible WR corps.

Trading Hilton is a fools move

This year is a lost cause and Hilton isn't doing anything anyway , but if they could get a couple nice picks Ballard might be of the mind he could get a #2 receiver in the draft for a lot less. Im not as high on Ty as a lot of people and that's fine , I see him as a guy that's good when things are going good but wilts when he has to perform under duress , like a backup QB.

If they get high picks for him Ballard may think he could get his replacement for a lot less money . This wasn't his contract.  Plus they have other areas need attention . It could happen if they  get the right deal.

And what are we gonna do with any pick we get in return... draft a WR due to the new gaping hole left after trading our only good one?

The seasons over . It doesn't matter this year anyway.   They are set up to have some nice cap space also. Hilton isn't what a lot of us think he is , he's soft as hell.  Brissett throws the ball to Doyle all the time , the freaking Tight End because Mr. Ghost disappears .  Im not sold they can't replace him over the offseason and save money and have an extra pick or two if the right team bites on a trade , but that assumes a lot of things line up.

C'mon man, you know how the league works. If you have cap space and draft picks=winner. No doubt about it.

Trade TY, Draft the next Marvin Harrison, trade Luck, pick the next Peyton.

This ain't hard bro.

They asked him about whether he would be traded and his value. I can see why he was upset.

They should have asked him why it’s ok for him to go into the fetal position on a crossing pattern when he is the guy challenging his teammates.
