Colts Vs. Jaguars Game Day Thread

Welcome back, Colts fans!   Colts try to rebound from their 36-22 road loss at the Tennessee Titans, as they return to LOS (the building) to host the visiting, and improved, 3-3 Jacksonville Jaguars, in their second consecutive game playing an AFC South Divisional rival.

 

Colts running back Robert Turbin is out with his elbow injury, so a possibility rookie RB Marion Mack may get increased playing time in the backfield along with Frank Gore.

 

Colts defense will be busy containing Jaguars rookie RB Leonard Fournette, who had breakout games the last two weeks, with a win at the Steelers, but a Jaguars home loss to the L.A. Rams last Sunday.

 

Lucas Oil Stadium's roof should be closed for the 1:05PM Eastern Standard Time kickoff, because cloudy skies at 70 degreesis the game forecast, with southern winds at 15 miles per hour.

the fact the Jags have a bye next week makes it all the more likely Fournette sits today

Agree.  This is a statement game for us.  We either state "we're still in this!" or "we're toast...".  Hopefully we just win this.  Ugly or not, we need a win today.

It always was for me and my fellow players/coaches and that was in the IHSAA where everyone plays in the Sectional

Fournette is out. Wilson should be playing. Development is crucial to a young rookie CB. If we can't win this game against Bortles, shut everything down. I kind of want to lose so that the Colts can still have a shot at a high pick.

Same here, but this season is lost anyway. I'm not advocating for tanking, but I don't think this team is good enough to win a lot of games.

Yeah, I agree with this.  I still have some hope Luck will be back.  If he is and we can with the South anything can happen in the playoffs.  I also never want to see a Colt loss.
