I am very good at what I do for a living. I make mistakes all the time. Ballard’s problem is that he makes mistakes sometimes. I believe he is a good GM who rather deftly navigates circumstances that are frequently out of his control. I like him. Gus’ problem is that his defenses consistently perform poorly. He has talent to work with but they are frequently found out of position. He has control over these lapses. It is my opinion that Gus’ problem is not one of making mistakes. -

I never insinuated that Ballard has not made mistakes. I said he has done a good job as GM. There isn't a GM in the league that hasn't had their share of mistakes or misses. -

as long as ballard is gm we will have to be content if we get any wins, i dont hate ballard it is just reality -
