Based on production for being the 29th overall pick, he is a bust. Whether it's Luck's fault (which I think it is), is irrelevent. We don't know how he'd do if he got targeted more. I think Ballard is low on him bringing in Aiken, and as Jvan said, if we draft a WR anywhere in this draft, it'll be very telling what Ballard thinks of him.
