The Indianapolis Colts select CB Sidney Jones, Washington.

@PrincetonTiger you're on the clock

Solid choice, seeing what else was on the field I may have gone a different direction, but I won't argue against Jones. Very safe pick on your part IMO.

its amazing how many great players will be there at 14/15, very deep draft. I am almost more excited who we get in rounds 2-7. Lets see what Ballard has!

very interesting, maybe a slight reach but a very high ceiling my friend

I think he is a better value pick over McKinley. I view McKinley more as a guy drafted in the 20s. Jones is a ballhawk and is a future #1 CB.

You can never go wrong picking a capable CB like Sidney.  Might not be our most pressing need but there is a good chance he would be the bpa at this point.  Well done.

True. But then, Chip Kelly brought over a bazillion RBs and now they are left with Ryan Mathews and Darren Sproles. They got Agholor and hopefully with Mike Williams, everything works out for them. Wentz did start coming on late in the year, he might make the year 2 jump.

Ryan Mathews and Darren Sproles are playmakers!

I like Jordan Matthews a lot more than Agholor.

@chad72 I think we should lengthen the sleep hours for the mock. Say 10PM to 8AM. Leaves us at least 7 picks per day, with it more than likely being more with the activity people are showing. Just a thought because some people have early mornings.

Everyone has the option of messaging Chad with a few picks if they think they won't be able to make the pick

I am fine with that. Like I said, I really do not expect someone to be picking after 10 pm ET. If someone makes a pick at (say) 9:00 am, I would be fine to re-set and give the next GM from 8 to 10 am. They can always message me. :)

    • He is not a good QB. If I remember correct he also has a chance with a team and blew it off because he wanted more attention.   Good for him for trying to make a change but he doesn’t care about coming back, he cares about making people feel sorry for him. Also he wore Cops are Pigs socks during a game. That’s how to create division.   Kaepernick is a joke of a human being. He should be more like these NBA guys trying to actually fix the problems. He really only cares about himself and the attention he receives. Doesn’t belong in the NFL.
    • Back to topic.   If we dont have room for 1 CK, how do we room for 2?   No room here for him.   Is there a spot in the league? Probably, but as been stated. He has been gone for so long, and truth be told he was jist a decent QB.
    • Put that in there strictly because I was called black power racist from earlier post. Said it earlier in thread, because I didn't qant my post to come across as a "bias" statement, which it still was said.   I agree 100% with your post. In this instance, I also think it is important for it to be known, that this is the opinion of a white American, not a "black power racist", as I was called prior in thread.
    • Agree. I think people underestimate the ability of coaches to tailor offenses towards their best players. This is especially true for the coaches that are actually good, which I think Arians is(even though I too have some thoughts on his offense and playcalling).    You might actually argue Ben and Luck especially were used the way they were by Arians precisely because they they can actually do it and can actually mitigate some of the drawbacks of playing that type of offense. I think Arians is plenty smart enough to adjust his offense to what Brady can and cannot do. I still think Brady can be one of the better passers in the intermediate range and even take some shots downfield when well protected and he will have some of the best supporting casts and weapons he's had recently. I don't think Arians will ask Brady to do what he was asking Luck to do.
    • Or their putting out players to excel a play. For instance, a hard PA that looks like a run. Teams will buy it's a run more if Pascal is on the field then Campbell. All I'm saying is, don't sleep on Pascal just because we took two WRs early. We can take advantage of each of their best traits.
