Good interview, really seems like Irsay hasn't quite decided on what he plans on doing.

Interesting interview. What struck me is how decisions made in the preseason have effected his determination to take his time with the recent and upcoming decisions.

I'm convinced he's handling this from a BUSINESS perspective, not an emotional one.

Yes, that was a very informative interview. Irsay did say a lot. I wonder how many have caught the fact he brought up the problem of the salary cap 3 times.

I am amused in remembering a previous Irsay quote about Peyton being a politician and campaigning. Both Peyton and Irsay are demonstrating how it's done with their respective interviews.

I have recently gotten a lot more respect for Jim Irsay. People say he tweets too often or talks too much, but I'm glad he is talking to us fans and the NFL. He is under a lot of stress, rebuilding a whole staff, the Peyton decision, and hosting a super bowl all at once. I think he is handling himself very well and he wants nothing but to win. He wouldn't of fired/reorganized as much as we did if he wasn't serious about changing after an embarassing 2-14 season. He doesn't want the reputation of a loser and seems to be doing all he can to make sure we don't have another season like this one.
