Sorry guys/gals.....Yesterday was a very busy day, worked in the sun most of the day then drove through three counties for baseball/softball games, I got home at 9:58pm to catch the end of the Cubs game, was on here catching up, and literally fell asleep on couch with phone in hand while liking everyone's post!!!!!

I don't watch much Texas Rangers baseball. Tonight I get to see the guy that I wanted to trade Harvey for: Joey Gallo. As I am writing that he hits a 2-run homer.   5-4 Ranger. This is a slugfest.

Did anyone realize that Adrian Beltre will probably get his 3000th hit this year? He is less than 50 hits away.

 

Is Beltre a Hall of Fame player? 3000 hits should get you in but I don't see him as a HoFer.

Yeah I'm watching it on there too. They'll still find a way to lose lol. It's why I didn't get my hopes up when they started well. I saw this movie last year and wasn't gonna be suckered in again

It's tough to figure out teams so far, not so sure the Whitesox cant get on a roll. Cubs looked terrible last week, then win 4 in a row, Cards looked Good, now they don't.

4x all star, 5x gold glove winner, 2x platinum glove winner, 4x silver slugger winner and 3x hit for the cycle, which is shared for most all time. If anything, I think he's been underrated his entire career

I guess I have to check him out more. But I am not impressed by individual game stats like hitting for the cycle. I prefer players who are consistently good, year in and year out, which he might have been. I remember him mostly for HRs.

 

My oh my, Mets are playing so poorly. 7-4 8-4 Texas.
