This is over, it's 6-2 Dodgers. Hendricks stinks tonight. I would trade him and Darvish both to get Jake back lmao

Phillies are contending for the division. They won't give up Jake.

I'll give you Familia, Lugo, or Matz. Want any? (I like Lugo a lot.)

I'll take deGrom, thanks. This is another loss tonight but luckily all the teams in the NL have had their stink moments so the Cubs will still have the 4th best record even after tonight.

*A look at the Cubs last 4 seasons:

2015 = 97-65, made the Playoffs as a Wildcard, lost in the NLCS.

2016 = 103-58, won the NL Central/#1 Seed, won the WS.

2017 = 92-70, won the NL Central/#3 Seed, lost in the NLCS.

2018 = 44-35 so far, currently has the 1st Wildcard spot.

-Overall Regular Season record 336-228 (59.6% winnings)

-Made 3 NLCS and won 1 WS

*I figured since basically half the season is over and June is over after tomorrow, I will ask these questions:

A. Will the Cubs win the WS this season as a Wildcard team? They would currently host the NL Wildcard game as of now.

B. Will the Cubs win the WS this season as a Division Champion?

C. Will the Cubs win NL Pennant as a Wildcard team? but lose in the WS.

D. Will the Cubs win the NL Pennant as a Division Champion? but lose in the WS.

E. Will the Cubs win their Division again but lose before the WS?

F. Will the Cubs miss the Playoffs?

-These are 6 questions that most Cubs fans are wondering. Choose between A-F. Can you people believe June is almost over? 2 more games left in June.

What is up with Hendricks? Cubs down 3-2 in the second.

Sometimes teams figure pitchers out after seeing them more than once , and sometimes they tip pitches . There can be many reasons its up to the pitching coach to right the ship.

-The Regular Season is half over, it is flying by! July is here already now and it will be interesting to see how teams finish the season and what trades are made by teams.

-Here is a look at the Playoff teams and teams that have a chance to get in.

AL East

Redsox 56-28 #1 Seed

Yankees 53-27 (1 game back) #4 Seed

AL Central

Indians 44-37 #3 Seed

AL West

Astros 55-30 #2 Seed

Mariners 53-31 (1.5 back) #5 Seed

A's 46-38 (8.5 back) - They are still in the Playoff race

NL East

Braves 47-34 #2 Seed

Philiies 44-37 (3 back) #5 Seed

Nats 42-39 (5 back) - They are still in the Playoff race

NL Central

BrewCrew 48-34 #1 Seed

Cubs 46-35 (1.5 back) #4 Seed

Cards 42-39 (5.5 back) - They are still in the Playoff race

NL West

D-backs 47-36 #3 Seed

Dodgers 43-39 (3.5 back) - They are still in the Playoff race

Giants 44-40 (3.5 back) - They are still in the Playoff race

-The teams with the 4 best records are in the AL = Redsox, Yankees, Astros, and Mariners. I still say watch the Indians in that league as they are dangerous too. In the NL there is alot of parity. If the season ended today the Nats and Dodgers would not be in the Playoffs and the Cubs would be hosting the Phillies in the Wildcard matchup. I can't imagine Cubs taking on Jake in a Wildcard matchup. Hopefully the Cubs win their Division and get that #1 Seed which is very attainable. The Cards and Giants are interesting teams as they are right there in the Playoff race as well. Now the 2nd half of the season begins, what teams will stay healthy, what teams will make trades? Baseball gets more fun to watch now.

Cubs fans would be going nuts if the pitching match-up is Yu vs. Jake. Which one of your pitchers do you want going for you in that winner-moves-on and loser-goes-home situation?
