I think we're the only team that doesn't try a hail Mary. Ever.

Because if we did and it was intercepted all we would hear about is Luck's interception costing us a game.

Chucks got some tape to watch, some things to fix, and and we just need some better execution....the effort was there, and #12 did his part! :headspin:

Suck for Luck ---- that worked, huh?  Good player but limited talent surrounding him.

Do you trust this organization to make the current draft/FA decisions (rhetorical question)?

I hope Irsay sees it the way we do and cuts his losses that came as a result of his brain-dead decision to bring this comedy show back after last year.

terrible team with terrible coaches and a terrible general manager = Colts 2016. Giving Pagano and Grigson an extension was one of the most stupid decisions in nfl history!

Must like Jacksonville

When is the last time the Colts have converted short yardage plays via running the ball?

The Colts don't have the line to do that. Allen was open. The D just made a great play.

Well the difference was once again turnovers.  Got to clean that up.

Nice try Blue, but better come out firing from play 1 next week.

I think drops resulted this L. some were in key situations. Besides this team has to clear up lots of things...O-line play, D, pass-rush...basically fundamentals.

One of the worse losses ever as a Colts fan watching in my 30+ years. That 2nd to last drive by the Colts, I have no idea why Andrew just didn't run for the 1st down. He threw to dumb butt Allen who cant make a catch to save his life. This is embarrassing. I am going to bed because I have been up all night, Jags aren't even that good either. Time to put it on the Weather Channel and crash, calling it a day.

I think Grigson and Pagano have earned an extended, permanent vacation from the Colts

Scraping together ugly wins so the ineptitude of Pagano and Grigson continue to hold this team down is even worse.

That 3 rookie O-line...did a decent job in the fourth quarter...not actually good.....just decent

..Luck is still capable of keeping us in games....

1-3 is bad...but we're not out of it and the goal is to make the playoffs every year

Allen didn't even drop it the defender had hands all over it don't blame the whipping boy blame the whole damn team they suck you all just believe the hype when we beat garbage trams it skews your view of the real picture

his biggest contribution is his blocking. blocking TEs don't need to average 7 mil a year

I love my Colts no matter how much hell I give them. Being a native of Indiana it's just in my blood!

But if I were Andrew Luck with this coaching staff, I would want to get as far away from Indianapolis as I could!

On that 4th and inches play why didn't we go to our specialty Gore and Turbin at fullback play???  Besides that why didn't Allen keep running his route?  By him stopping and settling down he allowed the defender to make a play.... but if he would have kept moving Luck could have hit him in stride like he did with Doyle earlier.

Jax was covering the wide outs..they weren't in a goal line defense..we could have put Andrew over center and gotten the yard on a sneak

Not my point but ok everyone wants to cry that he dropped it when the damn jags guy smacked the hell out of it good play by them everyone needs to suck it up and blane it on the team for being terrible and Grigson and Pagano cause it's 150% their fault

Well that's a wrap folks.  We lost to the Jags in front a international crowd.  We have a bunch of ex head coaches I mean a ton on this team.  And yet we can't game plan any better.  We have old skill players and we need more depth.  Grigson I always hated because he can't sign a FA that's any good or even draft many players besides his first year.  I'm now done with Pagano too.  His system doesn't work with the players we have.  Either Pagano mans up to Irsay and Grigson or quit the HC position for my beloved Colts.  Pagano will be labeled a horrible coach by the end of this season if he even makes it and I blame that all on Grigson.  Grigson drafts players signs FA base in what he likes not the system that is in place.

But bayone you need a plan, direction, instruction and tools but it seems the administration doesn't have any of these!  If they did and something was amiss then regroup and redirect!  Again no contingency plan!  Yes brought in sone FA but that shouldn't be a contingency plan but the FA are patch work plans!  Oh win or lose I love my Colts!  Have good one Barry!

We just lost to arguably the worse team in the NFL on a neutral site.

Again our QB accounts for another 7 pts for the other team.

Again we go into halftime at a multiple score deficit.

When will this season end?  Not soon enough.

Top 10 pick here we come!

I didn't feel good after that late-night press conference last January (to announce Pagano & Grigson were staying) - today was just more proof that my gut was right.

    • He's certainly not irredeemable. There's just a lot more scrutiny that comes with the QB position, fair or not. You can be WR and do drugs, beat women/kids, and still get more chances. CK did none of that.   I'm pretty sure uncle Jim put a foot up his backside, and made a call to Frank. I hope that's enough (Jim's foot), and I think the Colts (and Frank) are a good spot to provide support for him.
    • I've been touting 2020 as "the year" for a while now.  I might be a year too early, but in watching the league this year one thing has struck me:  there aren't any truly "elite" teams out there.  Yes some are better than others, but IMHO the difference between the top and the bottom isn't as great as it used to be.  The Colts are clearly among the average teams, so I think with another shrewd draft (and that Skins round 2 pick sure looks good!) and a couple of impact FA's, I think this team can contend next year.  And Mr. Brady isn't going to be around much longer either.
    • Just to bring this back to last Sunday. Reich should of given hoyer all the snaps in practice.  Because if Jacoby could of went he would of  been fine with no reps. Then we would of had two QB prepared.
    • Agree 100% on Willis from a box perspective. He'll be very good if that's where they focus him. On Okereke, he gets swallowed up easily vs the run. I just don't see that improving a lot with his build. He came from one of the best strength programs in D1, so I just think he's topped out in that space as well. I think that's why they're trying him out in the SAM space.   I think Rock will be fine. Most of his errors are "rookie" type errors you can expect being tossed into the deep end. Physically he's fine. I think the mental part will catch up.
    • That is exactly why the Colts are what they are and the Patriots are a dynasty.  That emotional attachment did not serve Irsay well during the Pagano & Griggson era...did it?   He lost a franchise quarterback as a net result of all of this misplaced attachment because stayed too long with Griggson and Pagano who could not keep Luck out of harm’s way.   Vinny is a legend who has great exploits on his resume.  We get it.  However, I’d argue that most of his greatness was earned wearing another team’s uniform...the Patriots.  He kicked them to 3 Super Bowl titles compared to one in Indy.  He made his name and reputation with the Patriots.  Sure he has played for the Colts longer but his formulative and most accomplished years were spent in New England. And still Belichick had no problem letting him walk in 2005 when he perceived it to be in the best interest of the Patriots.  If Vinatieri was stinking it up like this with the Pats this year he would surely be gone by now...and wisely so.  But Ballard, Reich and Irsay are led by the heart strings (as you imply) and as a result the team suffers on the field.  It’s a bad message sent to the rest of the team.  Certain players can under perform and be rewarded solely on the basis of who they are and what they have achieved in the past.  While others are held accountable for poor play.  It’s a double standard that eats away at that  locker room “culture” that Ballard supposedly values so much.  Well...we are no longer living in the past and the present day Adam Vinatieri is a liability on the field to this football team.  A liability that teams like the Colts choose to live with to their detriment.  That’s not admirable...it is downright foolish in my opinion.
