This team shows flashes of a tough competitor at times, and then they show flashes of guys who aren't even sure how to basketball not long after.

Last night was like getting a lobotomy. They just did not put any effort into guarding Korver.

This team is still a while a way from being a competitor.

Tough loss for the Pacers.  They were looking good early but Korver wasn't missing.  I don't think I really seen anyone post much about Oakley?   I am sure everyone heard about it.  Oakley is one man I wouldn't want to mess with, short fuse and big guy.

Korver was ridiculous. He was Steph Curry like last night.

I don't think that it will be possible before the trade deadline this year. I think it will only be possible next year if we find someone in free agency after signing Teague or we hit on another 1st round draft pick.

We won't get a guy like Cousins or Lopez without giving up more than we should.

I would give up a first for Cousins. If thats not enough, we could throw in a player like Monte. Dude is a bit of a headcase but I'd kill to see us have the best center in the NBA. He would also make us a more tougher team, as hes definitely not soft lol. I would be happy with Lopez too

Cavs always seem to have one of those games when a player not named Kyrie Kevin or LeBron throws in 6 or 8 threes.  It is ridiculous.

They showed us a set with Thompson, Jefferson, Love and Korver around LeBron..

..that I dont know how we deal with defensively

..who do Miles, Teague or Monta guard against that Cav 5?

It's gonna take a first and Myles Turner at least. If we don't offer that than they will at least trade him and try to get a top 5 pick, not a pick out of the lottery.

I would trade Turner and Monta for Cousins the more I think about it. We would still have PG, Teague, Big Al, Thad, + Cousins. Cousins is the best Center in the league and would bring more Star power here and bring the nastiness we need.

Picking up your 16th technical with 40 seconds left in the game to get a suspension is not the nastiness I'm looking for. I'm not bringing in a center with severe anger issues and a high usage rate that stops offensive movement without getting him on a steal. No way I'm trading Myles for him. I don't think he fits this team at all.

I love Turner's game but Cousins is on another level. Ok, he has an attitude problem but I would still love him on my team.

Miles can guard Jefferson and Teague or Monta can guard Korver.  You stick to Korver like glue(Like what the Thunder did last night), he does one thing and one thing only, float around the 3 point line and shoot 3's.  That's his scouting report, he shouldn't get 9 open 3 points ever.  He's not posting anyone up and he's not beating anyone off the dribble.  As for Love, LeBron and Thompson those guys u listed are way to small to defend them but McMillian should have went to a bigger line up.

They look like they have too much fire power on Offense for us to handle. If we win tonight it would be one of the best wins of the season IMO. Not a bad 1st Qtr though, only down 33-27. The Wizards have a lot of weapons and are nearly unbeatable at home.

Would love it if the Pacers would make a trade for Serge Ibaka and have him and Myles Turner protecting the rim. And have Thaddeus Young come off the bench with Al Jefferson, Monta Ellis, Rodney Stuckey and Glenn Robinson but I don't know when was the last time bird made an in-season trade of that magnitude.

He has some ridiculous speed. Hes almost a blur on a TV screen.

He's finally starting to live up to the hype coming out of Kentucky. Him, Kyrie and Steph are the best PGs in the league. Teague, Westbrook and CP3 are after the aforementioned three

    • I think he is doing that.  Our linebackers are not a great unit.  So he has to work with what he has.  The rookie Carlise really started to get increased reps then his injury happened.  Hopefully he continues to improve but Gus can only work with the talent he has.  That’s why upgrading the linebackers should be a priority.  I’m looking for a veteran that could start and have an immediate impact next year.
    • Leonard had a great knack of creating Turnovers, punching the ball out. Perhaps the best I have ever seen at it. He didn't have much longevity but is a top 20 Colt ever IMO, barely. I have him at 20. He could be on my team any day. As far as Coaching, I would say no because you can't teach the gift he had, his timing was perfect on those plays. Cato June had the same knack. I did my all-time top 25 Colts list and Cato was #25, he was so underrated. He had so many key INT's in big games.
    • 49ers being at home is tempting and it is a must win for them, but I just don't see it. It isn't their year. Once it was announced McCaffrey was out for the year, that was all she wrote. They beat the Bears but the Bears stink.
    • Yeah, it would not surprise me if the Rams won by 10. The put 44 on the Bills.
    • I am ok with everyone picking the Broncos, they are at home and sit at 8-5. Understandable. Having said that, if we play our A game, we will win. I am picking us to win.
